Covet book 3 of the crave series.
This book was absolutely amazing! It had so many plot twists. The only downside is if you want to be emotionally stable don't read this book. Lol I'm just joking. I 💖Tracy Wolff!!!!!!🫶

Great Read!
It took me some time to fully appreciate these books. I read Crave like it was nothing, and when I started Crush, I abandoned that book for an entire year before picking it back up again because I couldn’t get over that Grace was a Gargoyle…I thought it was super lame, but it turns out, it’s kind of bad ass. I’m 30, and I love this series. The Crave series reminds me very much of Twilight, The Vampire Diaries, and Harry Potter. If those books and TV/Movies are your jam, this series will be too. Grace is a great protagonist and Hudson too. There’s a whole new side of Hudson in this book and as the reader, you truly get to see how Grace and Hudson’s relationship blossoms. It’s very similar to Elaina and Damon. How she fell for the “bad” brother, but Damon is just a big softy and doesn’t have a problem making hard decisions….yeah, well… that’s Hudson too. Check out the series. It’s a fast read, cringy (like Twilight), mystical, fun, mysterious, and sometimes grave like the Harry Potter series. Check out this book and series! Cringy yet oh so good at the same time.

This book had me on a rollercoaster of emotions! But it was definitely worth every single minute. It kind of dragged at one point but bear through It's worth it.

I cried . . . and I never cry
It's been a few weeks since I first read this book and it was an emotional experience so I decided to read it again to see if I had a different take on it, knowing what was to come. Most of my first review stands. I still think the book isn't perfect. There are flaws-- long descriptions and romance scenes that were a bit more steam than romance. In my initial review I said Jaxon was so irritating that I was hoping someone would just shoot him. My opinion of him mellowed with the second read. I still think it was Jaxon's arrogance that landed him in the position he's in, in this book. Come on, most of us tear up our credit card receipts and he just tossed the spell to break his mating bond in a trash can. Seriously? But I did feel more sympathy for him reading it this time around. On the other hand having him become an object of pity didn't add to his appeal. It just made him seem sad. And watching Grace and Hudson sacrifice their happiness for Jaxon didn't feel as noble as the author might have intended. But in the end there was a nobility about Jaxon and the sacrifice that was made was totally unexpected. So, as I said in my initial review, I loved the book. I Even loved it's flaws because in the end they all had a purpose. This book is more serious than the first two books but then the characters are all becoming adults who are struggling with life and death choices, with love and loss and with the consequences of their decisions. And yet there is still humor, a playfulness between characters and the refreshing writing style of Tracy Wolff.I couldn't stop reading it, even the second time around. It made me laugh out loud, I it made me sad and during the last few chapters it made me cry just as much as I did the first time I read it and I never cry when reading a book or watching a movie. It was heartbreaking, touching, sad and happy all at the same time. What a story. What an emotional ride. I loved every word.

Heartbreaking and amazing!
This book ripped out my heart (possibly more than once) before somewhat putting it back together. I love this series and these characters all so much. Seriously I don’t think there’s a single one of them that I don’t like (expect for Cyrus & the bad guys obviously). Grace, Hudson, and Jaxon all go through so so much and deserve the world. Grace astounds me with her strength and passion to make things right. I love her gargoyle side and trying to see more into the potential she has while still learning a bunch of things about herself. I really really loved Hudson so much more in this novel for all the emotion he has to push aside and the struggle he goes through due to his powers. I love that we finally get to see some romance between Hudson and Grace in this and it’s perfect. Jaxon makes me so crushed to think about everything he’s been through without a choice especially the devastating discover that happens in the last half. All the side characters: Macy, Flint, Eden, Luca, etc. are so amazing and all work together with their powers and friendship. The action in this in incredible and the hardships they continue to endure is so entertaining to read (in the best and worst ways). This books are seriously the best!

an amazing continuation of the story
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 / 4.5 starsCovet is the third book in the Crave series continuing the story after the ending of the second book.“It’s written all over his face—he would disintegrate anyone—everyone—if it means saving me. He would literally set fire to the world.”One thing I love about this series is how easy it is to get lost in the story. Even though this book is over 700 pages, it felt like I breezed through it! The short chapter, the writing style, the pacing all contributes to this addicting series! It has been 3 years between reading Crush and diving into Covet, mainly because this book wasn’t out as a paperback yet and I want all books in the same series in the same format haha. Having bought it last month, I didn’t want to wait too long to continue this story.I really liked the plot of this story and how the stakes are getting higher and higher. Cyrus wants Grace dead; she is now mated to Hudson, and they need a way to fix it all. With a potential problem-solving item identified, the group has a direction to go on and it takes them to different places and gets them into trouble once more.My favourite character became Hudson after the previous book, and he remained in the top spot this book! He is just such a great character who has a lot on his shoulders but is super loyal and considered of those he loves. He truly shows this through his actions, and it was amazing to see! Grace also grew quite a lot, not per se in her confidence but she did start to realise more what it is she wants. I also was really surprised to see Remy! I have read Sweet Nightmare, which takes place in the same world and Remy was a character there. Knowing he was born and had grown up in the prison, I was pleasantly surprised to meet him!The romance was a bit on the downlow at the beginning, which was very understandable after that ending of book 2! The struggle Grace faces with both Hudson and Jaxon and all that happened between them made for an interesting dynamic. I loved her opening up more towards Hudson (for a second time hehe) and their bickering remains a lot of fun! I can’t wait to see how much deeper their connection will grow as their love for each other keeps growing. The ending, well damn! These books keep breaking my heart and I truly hope they don’t all end in a similar was T_T My heart was beating in my chest once more at that last battle and all that happened and THEN that cliffhanger… while it isn’t as bad as the previous one, it still made me want to immediately buy the rest of this series!Overall, Covet is an amazing continuation of the story in which the relationship between Grace and Hudson starts truly blooming and the stakes are getting higher.

Holy crap I am in pieces!
This whole series will tear your heart up and stitch it back together again and again. The imagery is so vivid I don't think a film could have done it better. The character arcs are deep and unpredictable. I'm in love with the perfectly imperfect and diverse cast of characters that anyone can identify with, superpowers notwithstanding. The questions I had that I thought were plot holes in the first two books are all answered in Covet. Grace's seeming inability to ask for answers is explained away through her very human limitations in dealing with too much at once. Though this book is a behemoth with well over 100 chapters , it wasn't even long enough. I didn't want to leave this world- one which is revealed to be hiding in plain sight within the human world (so cool!) And when it did end, I wasn't ready. I think a piece of my own soul got broken when I turned that final page and realized I would have to wait another 6 months for the conclusion.

my heart is so happy
I still can’t believe how good this book was.How amazing, breath taking, fun, hurtful, beautiful, and heart breaking. I’ve been waiting MONTHS for Covet and create lots of expectations and hopes, and let me tell you, it still surprised me and beat up all those expectations. I loved every single word on this book, and lost all my sleep and life just thinking about reading it. Because there’s no way you can put it down. Crave was okay, it was fun, but I didn’t love it. Crush came and I literally combust with how much i loved it. It got SO much better, all the history, caracter development, and of course, we got HUDSON. There’s no explanation need for Hudson. But then we get to Covet, and I can’t put in words how much this book destroyed me, in all good and bad and incredible ways. It’s been so much long since a book made me feel all these feelings, but Covet made me feel it all. If I wasn’t smiling throughout the role book, I was screaming in my pillow or crying my shit out. Every moment of it was so PRECIOUS, and I would give anything to be able to read and feel all those things like the first time. If you didn’t read this series yet, PLEASE give it a chance, because it changed my life, and somehow it just gets better and better in a whole new level. There are so many details and moments that make it so precious, and above all, with really important representation. Okay so let’s say what I’m literally screaming and jumping to say:OH MY GOD I STILL CAN’T BELIEVE HOW GOOD THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GRACE AND HUDSON WAS. They would literally destroy the whole world for each other. When I say it was good, I MEANT IT, it’s been a while since i don’t read such a good romance history, and the slow burn between them may just be one of the betters I ever read, and i read A LOT. It was so natural, so breath taking, it was everything i needed and now I can die at peace, BECAUSE YEEAAAAH THEY ARE JUST SO PERFECT TO ONE ANOTHER. I love every interaction they had, every tease, every hot and sweet and intense moment. If you were cheering for them, you are going to love every second of it, and if you were not, PLEASE give it a chance, open your eyes to see how good they are to each other, how much love there is between them. Jaxon is still a great and loving guy, and I love the fact that Tracy Wolff didn’t take away his awesomeness away, didn’t make him bad and put everyone against him, especially Grace. Jaxon is still the Jaxon we love, he is just no the right one for Grace. And they will always be family no matter what. But Hudson, our charming, brilliant, heart aching Hudson, is just the right boy, and it’s impossible not to fall in love for him is this book if you still hadn’t in the second one. He might just be my top one book boyfriend now. Because he deserves all the love and then some more. My heart breaks for him, for everything he’s been through and had to handle, and gets happy every time he gets to be. IF HE DOESN’T GET A HAPPY ENDING(preferable with Grace) I WILL RIOT. Thats it. Okay so let’s talk about the plot and some characters now. First of all, if anyone says this history still looks like Twilight, I think we should put this person in a mental hospital. Let me say this only once, Twilight didn’t invent vampires. Is not because there are vampires in a book that it means is a copy of Twilight, we clear? Great. I got really impressed with the development of the history, the third book is really the best is terms of plot. In the begging things start kinda of slow, and you don’t know exactly what to expect or of it will continue this away. But then things start happening, and then A LOT of things start happen, and you can barely hold your breath. Have to say, the prison part was my favorite, it was GOOD, despite all the sad things happening. And we got to know those really amazing new characters that I really really loved. I can’t wait to see them in book four(WHY IS SEPTEMBER SO FAR AWAY???) But I think the high light of the series are the characters. We get so involved with them, they are just so captivating. So well written, you just can’t help falling in love with them all. And I’m really satisfied with how everyone grows so much since the first book, specially Grace, I’m soo proud of our gargoyle girl. And those last pages? Tears. Just lots and lots of tears that I couldn’t even see the words anymore. I cried a lot, and I’m not one that is used to do that. But it’s just impossible. So, is this book, this series, worth of your time? If you like YA paranormal romance, yes. If you like to love the characters of the book, yes. If you like to feel all kind of emotions when you read and almost throw your heart out in the window several times, definitely yes. If you want a really good slow burn romance, enemies to friends to best friends-to lovers(WITH THE “VILLAIN”) yesyeysyeysyeyeys. I’m so happy I got to read this, so go ahead and drown in to this beautiful art work.

Es wird immer besser
"I love my brother more than you ever will. I died for him. But I'm not going to die for him again, and what you're doing to me, Grace - you're killing me slowly." Yeah, well it killed me. You will get up right this minute and use that big, beautiful Brain of yours to find a way for us to win. Do you hear me? I cannot fight two giants and take care of you - just Because you've decided to have a goddamn pity party today." - S. 582
