Are they soft rubber toys

No they are not. They are very hard and a few have some points on them( tails,etc) If you are looking for soft toys I would recommend stuffed dinosaurs which you can also find on Amazon

Does it come in the same box shown in the picture?

I got this for my 2 year old grandson at Christmas 2021. If I remember it does have same picture and I think this box come with a book. I got home 2 sets of dinosaurs all different but one of them has a book with dinosaurs sound that they make and it helps him to identify the difference between them. When we play and read to him.

from the pictures, is the pterosaur's head supposed to be twisted like that?

All the dinosaurs are as seen in picture.

How much do they weigh?

I have not weighed them. Each piece seems to be a different weight according to size.
