The mixing speed and fermentation temperature (Both Summer and Winter mode) are set, but you can adjust the Mixing Duration and Fermentation Duration to suit your recipe or preferences.

Does the package come with a recipe book?

While we don’t include a recipe book in the package, we’re working on updating the manual and adding new recipe videos to the product page. Recipes for stand mixers are also applicable — you might need to tweak the proportions slightly.
