These am/pm pill boxes have incorporated braille dots onto the lids to help those who have vision problems. The box itself is quite small 145mm x 72mm x 25mm. The snap shut lids were ok but didn't fill me with confidence that over time with repeated use they would stay shut when inside a handbag for instance, but if you had to replace it after say 12 months it would have been well used by then. If it was slid into a well fitting sleeve then there would be no chance of spillage and would be usable for many years.No glue used so as per my photo you can take this apart for cleaning if need be.I'm happy with mine.

I’ve been keeping all my medications in a zipped cosmetic bag, but it’s large and not ideal if I need to go out, I also easily forget if I’ve taken some medicines & supplements.Now I can fill this medicine organiser with my meds & vitamins for the week and I can tell if I’ve taken them or not!Each section opens individually so you only need to open the day you need and whether it’s AM or PM.It’s a good sturdy box, the lids to the compartments are a little tricky to open but I think they’ll loosen up with use. However, it’s not a bad thing as it means they won’t just open on their own and have your pills falling out all over the place.The compartments are quite deep so they will fit a good few pills in.Decent quality & reasonably priced.

Very handy pill organiser. Each 'box' holds 6+ pills easily. The lids close securely, yet are easy to open. Exactly what a pill organiser should be.
