I came across these “zebra shades” when I was searching for something for bedroom windows. Because of a large retaining wall and fence, privacy wasn’t an issue. Found these nice shades and decided to give them a try. Before purchasing, I sent the seller a message through Amazon asking about custom sizes and got a response in less than 24 hours. I ended up selecting from the ready made sizes for outside the trim installation. The gentleman that hung them said they were easy to install. I love the look and they do block the sun’s late afternoon glare. They are not room darkening, and I don’t think this color would offer complete privacy at night. The shades go up and down easily with one hand. They are very lightweight, so I am cautious with them. Time will tell if they hold up well, but for now I believe they are well worth the money and a pretty good value.

By far one of the highest quality zebra blinds on Amazon. Packaged beautifully, no way could they get damaged durning shipping process. After opening the box it looked more like a gift lol great presentation. Everything was in the box and instructions are very simple and clear. The brackets are you use to install are very strong and high quality. It took longer to open the package than it did to actually install them. I did inside mount and they look great. Roll up and down with no issues and included was the pull handle you snap on at the bottom of shade roll. I can't imagine any who ordered would not appreciate the quality and value. The fabric is also beautiful and high end. I have ordered from 3 different companies for these particular windows and these were the winners hands down!

This blind is super easy to install (took me less than 5 min) and fits perfectly on my window. The blind is very solid and blocks a good amount of sunlight, the pattern is minimalistic. It's money well spent.

After researching every type of privacy shade for our exterior glass back door, which was allowing the neighbors behind us to see right into our main living area and kitchen, I settled on the custom Zebra Shade in white, and I’m so happy with it! 🟠The issues I had to overcome: 🔸Home owner (my BF) would not allow any holes drilled into his new door. 🔸Owner rejected other options including: static cling window film, retro-fit inset mini blind kit, magnetic curtain rod with a fabric curtain, buying a new door that had a mini blind built in or even attaching an old school type, solid opaque pull-down blind. 🔸I wanted total privacy viewed from outside during the day or night 🔸Have flexibility to roll up, leave open midway or pull down fully, and/or have slats open for sunlight or adjust them for allowing partial light filtered in. 🔸Easy to keep clean; I.e. no tedious dusting of individual slats like on plantation blinds. 🔸I didn’t want ugly cords or swivel rods wands hanging down. 🔸I wanted a shade that coordinated well with the white 2” plantation blinds covering the other windows nearby. 🔸I needed a custom fit; a blind that would extend just to the outside edge of the window frame and also reach the bottom of the window. 🔸The price needed to be modest but the quality well made. 🔸Shade housing needed to be ridged and sturdy, yet not too heavy, and blend in against the door. 🔸Have the ability to use heavy duty style hook and loop removable hanging strips to mount to the door securely. 🔸Be simple enough for me to hang without needing help from the grumpy home owner. 🎉Hooray! This fit ALL my needs! 🎉 When I first opened the package, Mr. Debbie-downer took one look and rejected it. Said it looked “cheap”. Really?? Well Rats! Ok, ok it’s his house..I know… but I don’t agree at all. I boxed it back up and planned to return it. Trying to find another shade solution to order as a replacement, I came up with a way to hang it AND that he approved of! 15 minutes after I had it installed securely on the door he said “Wow! That looks great! Why did we wait to hang it??” It’s been in place for a year and a half now without any major issue's. My only complaint is a few places have started to fray slightly along the fabric edge. Sometimes the little loose strings will wrap around the roller mechanism causing it to stick. I just trim them with scissors though and it’s fine. If there was binding applied to the edge, it might fix that, but for the price I’m still happy. Overall, I’m very pleased with this privacy solution and would definitely purchase it again. I’d recommend it to anyone struggling to cover a window or glass door with similar issues. We have two large doors to our back deck, and the sun blasts through them during all the peak hours of the day. It turned our main living area into a greenhouse, even in the dead of winter, but we wanted something that also allowed our pets to look outside and allow some of them that natural light to come through. This is one of the few things that checked every box. Perfectly sturdy and easy to install. These have solved every one of our problems in one product. My mom saw them and wanted to order some too

The blinds offer a winning mix of style, function, and safety. They’re perfect if you’re looking for a modern, easy-to-use shade then get these. I got for my kids room and it was the perfect balance between great price, and great looks. It is cheaper feeling. Cheaper rollers/bearings etc. but thats expected at cheap price. Perfect for kids room! Its not going to fully black out everything, but blacks out alot and enough. I would absolutely get these again. I got 3 of them and have gotten compliments from everyone thats seen the room so far lol. If I was putting up blinds in a family room or living room, I’d orobably go for better quality, but thisnis perfect for kids rooms, play rooms, basement, office etc. would buy again and will be buying again!

these blinds were fairly cheap compared to the same style of ones we were looking for at stores in town near us. we installed ourselves and it took less than 10-15 mins per blind, super easy. look great! I couldn’t be happier w the out come of the price combined with the look and quality of them. 10/10 recommend! AND it came in 2 weeks faster then it said it would so thats a plus too!

I wanted this for my front door. It is a upper mount not side. We made it work but the header isnt visible. It is a great quality product

Since the blinds are designed to be mounted inside the window frame, it should come with proper wood screw. 2 of the screw head broke. The blinds look great otherwise.
