these foot patches are really what they say they do . I use them when i go to sleep. They stick well to the feet and don t fall off. they do as they intend and the funtionality is good as they don t fall off. they dont have a bad smell as well . i would even say they are comfortable to wear

Only used one and it was black in the morning

this had no clear instructions as how to use. it did have instructions and pictures, but not very helpful. The patches did not stay on for an hour, let alone all night. can you wear all day with socks, I don't know. Would not buy again.

....but stuck well( don't get it wrong way round)Not tried for long yet...so will give update....
