Supposed to be child/youth but theyre very small. Apart from that, they look fine.

looked very small but the do fit a adult mouth once hot water applied to soften and mould.

Theses are ridiculous, I purchased them for my teen for rugby, I ordered them as ADULT gum guards. They are NOT adult! They fit my 5 year olds! Completely stupid! Why say they’re adult and then send them when they’re probably too small for any child who would be involved in actual contact. 🙄
