Nora Lighting NT-327W Outlet Adapter Track Accessory

Doesn’t easily fit all tracks. I had to cut the plastic molding quite a bit around the male connector with a razor blade to get it to fit into the track, but even then, it doesn’t fit nor sits properly. Also the contact points seem to be larger than most track light connections so you can’t completely turn them into the tracks causing them to be crooked. Picture shows how much it will turn in the track even after extensively cutting away of the molding.

Needed a plug for the laptop in the kitchen on the island. Only power was above on the track lights. Plugged this in on the end and plugged the laptop into that. Works great. Only thing to remember is that power only flows to this plug if the switch is on for the track. So if you're needing constant power but want the track off for some reason - this isn't the right solution. For me, it does what i need - which is charge the laptop occasionally - and let me watch a youtube or cooking video while I'm in the kitchen. :)

I purchased 5 of these to be able to hang plug-in pendant lights.They work as designed however I was hoping for them to not beas long (to not hang as low from the track). Also, and once installed these don't fit as tightly as I'd hope, butwith the side push-in clip, I don't see them being able to break looseeither. (To be fair, I used these with a Home Depot, Hampton Bay track,so perhaps this has something to do with the extra slack).Price-wise, these were a little high, but all in all, I was happy with the purchase.

Our store needed to highlight some items on a shelf. Small LED "puck" lights were gobbling up batteries - even the lithium types - in about two days; they're just not meant to run all day long. The shelves are in the center aisle, not against a wall, and the only way to run a plug-in light to them safely was by using the track lighting overhead. The Nora outlet adapter allowed us to plug in a small clip-on light. Now the items are clearly visible.

Wow this worked for my track! Really didn’t think it would. I believe i have a J track. Glad i gave it a try!

Once we get the right part it works terrific. Solved a lighting problem for $100 that an electrician had quoted for $1000.00 easy to install with no experience.
