The media could not be loaded. Purchased for a renovation. Beautiful piece. It has many colors to choose from and it does put out the heat. The mobile app was easy to connect once I figured out that you needed to press and hold the button on the front AFTER you power the unit off from the front. The app is easy to use, but you have to have the child lock on to power it on from the app.We unboxed it past the return window and we noticed the fan was quite loud. Loud enough to have to turn the tv volume up. I reached out to the seller for advice on the situation. They responded within a couple of hours requesting proof of purchase and a video of the described noise. I sent them the information. I do hope that the fan isn't just that loud because that would be a deal breaker for me. It's the equivalent to the sound of a box fan. I searched the reviews and can't find any mention of fan noise, so I believe maybe something got affected during shipping. 4 stars because of the noise. But it's otherwise a 5-star fireplace if the noise can be remedied and the customer service does not disappoint. I'll come back to post my resolution.After an email conversation with customer service over several days (due to time difference) they have arranged to ship me a new unit. I did originally ask if they could simply send a replacement fan part. Their response was quite prompt given our time difference. They were easy to work with, cordial and understanding of the situation. They told me to keep the defective unit. I assume it's not worth the return shipping cost. I'll check back in once the unit is received. 5 days. I do hope that this new unit does not sound like box fan on high.

The media could not be loaded. Ok, I have only had this wall mount fireplace for about a month. First one that arrived only half the flames worked. I sent it back for an exchange. They were quick to respond and resend. I chose not to recess into the wall, but mount it and frame around it. I think it turned out great. But I am amazed by the heat output. This unit is in my master bedroom. This room can be cold due to the fact it’s the furthest from the furnace. Room is approximately 800 square feet. Heats the entire room up! The aesthetics are awesome as well. Many colors, speeds of flame, brightness, timer, and temperature control. For the price you can’t beat it. Hope it lasts a few years. And it is decently quiet. I will have it on for an hour as I fall asleep. 👍🏻

Very cool fireplace puts out a lot of heat love the fire place

This product is not as advertised- it does NOT hook up with your Alexa or smart home app. The fireplace was also not as easy to set up with the app as it could have been- the instructions were unclear but after about 15 mins I managed to figure out set up- but spent probably another hour attempting Alexa connection with no luck.The dimensions listed in this listing were off versus the actual product- so when it took almost 2 weeks to arrive- we had already built the frame and expected the numbers to be accurate . I will say it looks decent for an electric fireplace- but we will be returning for the sole fact I wanted to integrate this with my smart home easily, versus using ANOTHER app, yet again.Totally fine product if you get accurate dimensions & are fine with app/remote/ manual use.

The images shown in the add I would give their flames a solid 10/10, when actually the flames are closer to a 5/10, in my video I would only rate them a 1 or 2. For whatever reason they do not photograph or video well, even with an IPhone 15Pro Max.They shipped with some nice crystal media to place on the bottom of the fireplace to diffuse the LED lights, I did not install the crystals when I took the video, but I would imagine doing so would definitely add to the appearance.I was torn between this unit for $200, and another u it for $550, I ordered them both. The other unit arrives in 2-3 days. I will update this review when the other product arrives to let you know if I think the other unit was better, and if so, was a better amount to warrant a price tag nearly 3x as much. Overall, for $200, this is a nice addition to any home, but don’t expect it to look as good as it does in their ad.

I love it! It was easy to install and just looks amazing. The lighting adjusts to your liking, the heat output is soft and functional. Build is sturdy and the color works well in any area.Definitely a wonderful piece.

Great price, very good value on a quality product. Was very difficult to get the front glass off the place the crystals that help simulate the flickering flame. Called the 800 number and the associate was very pleasant and simply said it's hard to get the glass front off. Just keep trying buy lifting up and away from the front. And eventually it did come off. Actually went back on without as much effort. Looks great and works great.

Came delivered with only one half of the ‘flames’ projecting. After reading a few reviews found that others had the same and had been able to fix them. I opened the back and found the offending piece, a small plastic connector between the two LED strips inside. After gluing it back onto the LED strip (unit on so as to verify solid connection) seems to be working.I’ll update once installed but if that’s the only issue I’ll be happy with it. Looks good, light and quiet. Still, shouldn’t have to unscrew the 20 or so (not kidding) small screws to take the back off and fix what seems like an easy enough connection to secure.Here’s hoping for an easy install!
