X9 TWS Earphones - here are a few of my most important findings, but please ask if you would like to know more.Sound QualityListening: Excellent full and warm sound with very good bass and full width of soundstage (when the earbuds are a good fit which means carefully choosing the correct bud size). I have also tried Comply foam earbuds and these extend the bass even further for those who enjoy such extra bass, although the fit in the charging box with foam buds is then poor (**)Microphone: Good quality sound pickup from the mouth, but only when the right-hand earpiece is held in the hand for speaking into. The left-hand earpiece can remain in the left ear to hear one’s telephone partner. This actually works very well unlike many other such earphones (*)Controls and IndicationsControls: The touch controls are very sensitive and too easily activated by accident. A positive click action button would be preferred. (-*)Control functions: Volume control (great), next track, previous track, pause, start and SIRI - all useful functions which not all TWS earphones have (**)Auto on/off: Only auto-off available when the ear pieces are replaced into the charger. Auto-on upon removal is unfortunately not available. (-*)Indicators: A ring light on each earpiece indicates various phases of operation and works very well.Unfortunately, the “breathing” function continues during normal use and many people give me strange looks when they see my ears glowing and “breathing” like this. Although it is possible to disable this effect, it comes back again once the device is switched on next time. (*)I’d very much like a a permanent disable capability (-*)Charging and StorageCharger: The charger box is reasonably quick to charge (around 2 hours) and provides both headsets with at least three full charges requiring just 90 minutes for each full charge.Given that the headsets run for 2.5 to 3 hours, this gives a total listening time of around 8 hours, perfect. (**)Being long and yet square, this is rather an awkward shaped box to fit into my trouser pockets. A flat design would be preferable please. (-*)Storage: Earpieces held in charging case box with a very powerful magnet.Fit and handling:The earpieces are so light and flat that they stay nicely in the ears. I’ve never had either fall out (**)However, the surface material is too smooth and sometimes difficult to hold with sweaty fingers. A rubberised surface to the earphones would be better please. (-*)Connectivity and pairingPairing: and subsequent connections to my iPhone 7 Plus are very quick and very reliable over a distance of up to 30 metres. Connection drop-outs are very rare and probably due to local radio noise (**)Conclusion:I really love these earphones with their great warm sound and ease of use. They could be truly great if improvements could be made by replacing the touch controls with positive action buttons and being able to permanently switch off the horrible breathing light effect. A microphone which works well with the earpiece still in the ear would be appreciated too.(Post notes:(1) I have covered the complete touch control area with a self-sticking textile material usually used for mending holes in trousers. This reduces the sensitivity and makes the earphones less slippery in the fingers when removing the earphones, certainly an improvement. It is also very slightly translucent allowing the control indicators to just be visible. No need to turn off the "breathing".(2) Customer support from the Supolog team has proven excellent)

Very light and a good sound for use with metal detector. The only problem is the random packet of silicone ear fittings it came with were not all pairs? 1 Pair of large, 2 pairs of small, and a random single medium and single large. I would have preferred a pair of mediums as they are the best fit! At this price I would expect that to be correct.

Although not expensive compared to the TOP brands these headphones are OK.Battery life is the only thing which annoys me beyond words.Also the base dock doesn't charge them unless plugged into a power source, which I thought actually charged the headphones.all in all - you get what you pay for.to avoid disappointment go with a top brand

Bought 2 pairs. Gave one to a friend and they’ve been wonderful however my pair have been playing up and won’t stay on for a single song before powering off. Plenty of charge but obviously that isn’t the issue.

It is the same as the other reviews. Left ear cuts out often, both turn off randomly and difficult to adjust without pushing the button. Shame as the sound quality is good. Sending these back, as they cant be used as I hope.

Great sound, bit fiddly to pair. But got there in the end !!

Stopped working after 6 months and no refund or replacement available!

I wasted 2 hours trying to get them to pair. The closest I get is with only one side working, and the sound quality coming out of that is like those old crank handle disk players from the 1930s. This is just a scam. Don't buy them. See for yourself, there are no manuals online. No instructions here on how to pair. Even trying to figure out how to turn them on or off or set volume is like a Chinese puzzle. Don't waste your time. Just get something else that comes with instructions
