Its a nice colour - chosen mainly for the blue tone that matches uniform.Seems like a robust material eg smooth slightly shiny.Zips seem strong & lots pockets inside.Bottle holders at both sides seem good.A little big looking on a 5.5 year old but needs a bag big enough for A4 folder vs a heavy handheld book bag & carry water bottle.Recommended :)

A fantastic bag! Really well made, strong and sturdy. Chunky zips that work smoothly and a big, comfortable bag. It's been used a a school bag for Y7, has been in all sorts of weather and is heavily loaded some days - but it looks as new as when we bought it 2 months ago! Gets lots of admiring comments out and about too! One of our best amazon purchases!!

6 year old uses as his overnight bag when doing places. Good quality and comfortable

We got this for my 7 year old as a replacement to his now too small rucksack. Admittedly it looks a bit big, but that's what the cool kids like? Right?The zips are sturdy with a double pully 2 way set up on the main storage area.Lots of internal storage with a padded lining for more delicate items and lunch packs.2 mesh pockets on either side to.The bag material is a shiny kind of pvc coating which although visually great, wouldn't be my 1st choice for longevity, but we'll see I guess.

This bag is really handy, having 2 front pickets and a main pocket is really handy. There is also a laptop compartment, that is really useful.It seems water proof so far, I've been caught in a few torrential rain storms and it's coped perfectly.It's also so comfy to wear, the thickness of the cushioning on the straps and the back is so comfortable. Its great for my long 1hr+ walks, if I need it for work or shopping.It's such a great price and buy!

My 6 year old has been using his bag for school for 2 months (in lockdown too). He likes it and it's comfortable for him to wear. It is big on him but he doesn't seem to mind (other children or parents might). The straps adjust easily so he can wear it. The zips have nice big tags to grab and slide up and down very smoothly which makes the bag easy to use for my son. The bag is big enough for an adult and when he runs off to play I can adjust the straps and wear it myself. It's very comfortable and the straps are well padded. So far the bag had not shown any signs of wear.
