Not a bad safe. I wanted something simple and a bit bigger so it fits the bill. There's a handy shelf that you can remove. Its well painted. My only criticism is the walls seem very thin. Only 2 or 3mm. It's a tin cupboard really. Its a shame how the quality of safes has declined over the years. When you look back at old safes from decades ago the walls are so thick you could barely pick them up. You can still buy quality safes but not for this price. So for a budget safe this isn't too bad. Its best point is the very handy size.

I bought this item to store important document ie My Will and Trust Fund details and also all my personal documents and those of family members which I hold, such as birth marriage and death certificates. Also insurance policies and like items - I had 6 box files to store and these were easily accommodated. Plus I decided to store a small deed box on the shelf above the box files which hold personal momentoes. Everything was stored to my satisfaction. I would thoroughly recommend this safe to anyone with similar needs to myself.

Arrived promptly sufficiently packed. Came with fittings and two keys. Looks well built and not to heavy to move. Has secure bolt locks.

I'm sure this product will do the job I purchased it for . It will not stop a really determined thief but certainly slow them down and the opportunist will just move on.
