Who owned this item before I pursed it
Spent two hours in Verizon office to try to get this phone activated. Finally it had been previously owned.

No Sim card
Phone says on box it comes with Sim card but it doesn't..Went to Verizon store and got one for $15.

Great phone
It a great basic phone! Got it for my mother who would never be able to use a smart phone. Works fine and I've used it and the sound quality is great! Perfect for the price! Doesn't ship right away but did receive fairly quick. What used to be normal shipping time.
