Does not work in landscope mode
The porrait (vertical) mode is not stable with using the cover's stand. When switching to my desired landscape mode (horizontal) the stand is fairly stable but the text on the reading pages displays upside down when when switched to horizontal mode and using the stand. To resolve the problem I installed the Kindle to read the text right side up. BUT, this position blocked the on/off switch and caused the Kindle to continuiously reboot because the on/off switch was held in. So, I cut away the cover's end to expose and free up the on/off switch. That worked and I can now read in horixontal landscape mode with the stand. HOWEVER the magnetic on/off by opening and closing the cover no longer works when in this configuration. Sorry I brought the product, but now that I've modified it I will not return it. Poor deisgn with inadequate testing. If you buy a cover, either buy a simple one, or one that has the cover on/off feature, and buy one that stands up well in the vertical portroit mode. Do NOT buy this model if you desire horizontal viewing while using the stand. It DOES NOT work.

Back not magnetized
This case seems nice and sturdy, but there is no magnet on the back to hold the cover in place when it’s folded back. I’ve used this same style of case for my Kindle paperwhite from another vendor that had this feature and worked a lot better.

This case is crap
The origami folds barely hold the case up, & when it does, it’s leaning over. If you try to turn the page, the stand collapses, & it falls down. Save your money - I wish I did.
