51012 Paint Roller Cover, 4-Inch

Best roller I’ve ever used. Drives paint without any strokes. Once paint dries it looks like it’s spray painted. Will never use another roller. Used to paint black and white kitchen cabinets.

These rollers where recommended online for painting furniture and they did not disappoint!! They were very easy to work with and left no lines or marks, just a smooth finish. I used foam rollers for the primer, since I didn't care about how that looked. But these were perfect for the top coat.

I used these rollers with chalk paint to update a dresser. I didn't use them for the initial coat, but rather I painted first with a paint brush, then lightly dipped the roller in paint and used it to smooth out the strokes. It worked like a charm, I ended up with a perfectly smooth finish. The project took a few days with breaks in between, and I was able to wash and reuse these as needed. Highly recommend these, especially for the price. Can't speak to how they work with other paints, but with FolkArt Chalk Paint they work amazingly. I prefer a modern finish to a rustic one and that can be hard to achieve with chalk paint(without constantly sanding between coats), this make it a lot less painful. I still sanded a bit, but much less than I would have had to otherwise.

I painted my kitchen cabinets and these rollers gave a PERFECTLY smooth finish! Friends and family were amazed that paint was rolled and not sprayed! I also wrap them in plastic to do the flip side when the first side dried. They held up very well and the finish was perfect. I highly recommend these.

Doesn’t leave brush strokes but does leave more of a stamped pattern when first, thickest coat is applied. If you go over this to spread it more thinly pattern disappears. I am using them to paint cabinets and so far I am happy although I haven’t used them much because the whole cabinet painting process extremely tedious.

These were used to paint cabinet doors and produced a smooth finish. However, they do not roll very well or hold much paint. They are pretty expensive and I will experiment with other rollers for future projects.

I ordered these for painting my kitchen cabinets and they work great for putting on a smooth finish. Well worth the money spent. Easy to clean and made of strong materials.
