This is a great backpack and works well for what I use it for. I like the space availability and by using small tactical pouches to organize loose items that I need for work/travel, I can fit everything I need into it. It seems very well made and the cushioning/padding make it easy to wear for long periods. Also a big fan of being able to strap it to a roller bag. One con is that the laptop pouch doesn’t stay closed if the zippers are at the top. I saw that in a lot of reviews before I bought it (and can confirm that it’s an issue) so I bought something to prevent this from happening. See pic

Great back pack with one minor complaint. If you leave the zippers for the main pouch anywhere but the extreme bottom the weight of the smaller pouches will cause the main pouch to flop open while you walk. Luckily, nothing got broken, but I could see it happening.

Great quality that you expect from Swiss products. Love the outside charging port.

Amazing build, pockets are great and so comfortable!

Only issue is that I have a Androd Phone and the apple find tag in the backpack only works with apple devices, but I knew that when I bought it. Everything else is perfect.
