Review of the Modern Commercial Single-Handle Kitchen Tap - Impressive
This is a review for the Modern Commercial Single-Handle Kitchen Tap with Pull-Down Sprayer. I had to fit this in an existing very tight spot, so, since I had plumbers coming over, they did the job. I am glad as it was not easy to reach to remove the old one and install this one. They had to come back to re-tighten. This is not the fault of the tap, but the difficult access, this may not be your case. The plumbers were most impressed with the tap, they though I had spent around £250. They could not believe the price, one of them said he would get one himself. The tap stands tall, so if your sink is not large and the pressure is high, the water splash will bounce back and wet the surrounding areas. As I have children, I have slightly reduce the cold pressure to prevent this. The pull down feature and the option of spray or aired is fantastic. Makes a great difference when you want to rinse the sink, plates, etc.I am very pleased with this purchase and I would buy it again.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The tap started to leak around the flexible hose after 6 months use, after contacting supplier the speedily sent out a replacement. This is now working great and looking great once more. Its a shame the fault developed but one have to accept one off failures which i hope this is as for weeks now it has been working. I wish all suppliers provided such prompt customer service, well done!

Don’t undo the spray head- you will have difficulty with reconnecting
The extending nozzle on this tap is a good feature, however I undid the nozzle while attempting to clear an airlock, and the extending tube slid back down the inside of the pipe.I cannot get the inner pipe back in place to re-connect with spray head. After much effort, and then cursing, I have had to give up on this tap. I would advise anyone getting one of these to be very careful when undoing the spray/stream head; if the tube goes inside you can’t get it back through to re- connect. Sadly this is now going in the bin, and I’ll buy something better.

Great, except the ugly etched H and C letters
Very happy with it, except... the typography of the etched "H" and "C" is fugly and doesn't match the product photo. Yes, I care about typography. It reduces the overall impression of quality, which would otherwise be high.I feel sure that the factory is in a place that does not use the western alphabet. Still: I bet I could select more appealing ideograms than this factory has selected roman letters.Flow is a bit lower than the old tap, but OK on our mains-fed system despite being on the 3rd floor.Button has a nice action, finish is tactile and pleasant. Wife was very upset that I delayed fitting it for so long.

Quality Tap @ Good Price
Early days but I'm impressed with this tap. Firstly I did my research to find a good looking quality pull-out tap to match my sink that wasn't huge in height as many are over 40cm tall. Also as I class myself as a good DIY person I wanted a tap that would be easy to install. This tap ticked all the boxes and at a fraction of the cost I found at many of the leading high street DIY outlets. I installed the tap in under an hour using only a few tools and the tap works perfectly. The instructions are basic but should pose a problem for any level of DIY. Good packaging add to my five star review.

Stress free fitting
Just spent just under an hour and a half taking out my old taps and putting these in. The two tightening screws that go up through the large brass nut are genius (my last taps spun around because I couldn't get them tight enough), no huge spanners needed, just a couple of small ones to tighten the three tubes in, pretty easy and tantrum free as home plumbing jobs go. It would have been quicker if I'd had someone to hold the light and the tap in place above but they weren't really needed. No leaks first time. Very happy so far.

Nice tap but easily scratched
Nice looking tap and much cheaper then buying similar from Ikea and Co.Only negative is that the black coating scratches off very easily and the tap looks a bit damaged. As we had already removed the old tap before noticing we have fitted it anyway as returning it wouldn’t be possible. It’s only cosmetic damage though.

Easy to use
Love the easy pull down nozzle for washing and rinsing food, pots and cleaning the sink. Best on/off hot and cold control design I’ve come across.
