My daughter has very fine hair that tends to leave her ponytails and pigtails with a wild and static look. This hair wax stick is exactly as described. It's worth noting that this is NOT a haircare product to use if you don't want it to look like you're using a hair care product. It keeps the fly aways back, but definitely lends towards the slicked back look that can appear almost greasy if you aren't careful. I also don't recommend this if your goal is to go more than one day in between washes. All those cautions said, it does work very well to keep the fly aways in place.

I love using wax sticks to tame fly aways. This wax stick works well and will last quite a bit of time.
