You're never too old to get working out and taking the right supplements. This stuff is tasteless and mixes great in water or other liquids of choice. You will gain weight albeit from intramuscular water but this is what helps drive production for the muscle's fuel and power you through each workout making gains every week. No need to take more than recommended as there's a point of diminishing returns. A little goes a long ways.
