Vertical Climber Exercise Machine
It took me around fifteen to twenty minutes to get the machine completely ready to use after it was delivered to me in a pre-assembled state. The directions were easy to understand, and their contents contained all of the items that were required. The folding form, which enables me to conveniently store it after use, was something that I really loved. This is a significant benefit if, like me, you do not have a lot of room to devote to exercise equipment. I was pleasantly impressed by the machine's substantial build, particularly considering how lightweight it is. The machine itself has a sturdy feel to it even though it is rather lightweight. After I began using it, I was able to discern that the exercise was targeting my complete body, beginning with my legs and progressing to my core and arms. This machine seems to be an excellent option for anybody who is interested in engaging in a high-intensity cardio exercise. Even after just a few minutes, I was able to feel the burn, and it was undeniable that it caused my heart rate to increase. My ability to adapt the machine to comfortably meet my height was made possible by the three-level height adjustment, which was a feature that I found to be quite helpful. I believe it is significant since it assists in the maintenance of excellent form, which in turn minimizes the likelihood of damage.

great addition to our home gym
This is a great exercise machine for our home gym for working on the legs, glutes and core. It was very well packaged and assembly was very easy and simple. I love how quite the climber is and it really does work your legs, glutes and core. I appreciate the handle bar for added safety but I can also try to not hold the handle bar to challenge myself, which is much harder. The digital tracker with LCD screen provides various information about the workout status such as time, reps and calories. I found a permanent place for it in my home gym so I don't have to fold and unfold as my wife and I use this machine very frequently but I do appreciate that it can fold flat when not in use. It would have been better if it can be folded without unscrewing 2 big knobs to make it faster and more convenient but it's not a deal breaker and you just have to make sure you don't misplace the 2 knobs after folding it. It's so much easier to work out on your arms and upper body but it's not as easy for legs so this is a great machine. It's very similar to stair climber and I like this machine compared to a treadmill because it's easier on my knees as there's less impact on the knees compared to running. I would like to see a bigger foot pedal but I believe the size of the foot pedals were intentional so it can do more work on your calves. Love this machine and is perfect addon to my home gym.

Jury still out
What I liked: 1. Sturdy construction but light enough to move easily and also foldable. Takes up less space than a lot of exercise equipment. 2. Easy to assemble and all tools needed are included. 3. Very affordable. What I didn't like: 1. No way to adjust resistance. The resistance bands it ships with are pretty wimpy. I hope the manufacturer will consider offering replacement bands that offer different levels of resistance. Having said that, I did notice that only after two an a half minutes I was breathing harder. 2. The handlebar is gonna be too short for a lot of people. I'm only 5'6" tall. It's just right for me and I have it on the tallest notch. 3. The foot pedals are too short to support your whole foot. This puts a lot of stress on your calves and I suspect this will be the limiting factor for a lot folks in the beginning until their calf muscles toughen up. More about the resistance bands being wimpy. My biggest concern as I was considering purchasing this product was the stress it would put on my 73 year old knees. I've only used it for a couple of days but so far, no knee pain. Perhaps the wimpy resistance bands are a blessing in that regard. I am sure as my calvers toughen up and I can sustain my exercise time for longer periods on this machine it will give me a pretty good cardio workout.

Convenient Piece of Equipment.
This is sufficient for us. I was not looking for all the bells and whistles of a regular stepper equipment. This is straight forward. Get on, start moving. You will feel the pressure in your legs, ease into working out. Work out before or after a meal, 5 mins, 10 mins here and there. While watching your favorite show, get thru one episode a day. Even my kids get on and use randomly through out the day. They first laughed at it and now they are avid users lol. It folds up to take up less space, but it is already small enough that we don’t need to unless we are having game night. For those that mentioned noise, well if the tv or music is blasting, you won’t notice. For being a simple piece of equipment, the quality is sturdy, four users, and holding up to my 200lb son too. It functions just as it’s supposed to.

Incorrect hardware, has ZERO pink on it, teeter totters
Has ZERO pink like the photos used to advertise, so thats false advertising because thats part of the reason i bought this one and not another one instead. I haven't even used it yet. Two bolts ("hex spcket screws") which are supposed to be the same piece are completely different sizes... so let's hope it doesn't fall apart after being put together. Also, after putting it all the way together, it teeter totters....so theres that. Waste of over $100.

Easy-to-use, great workout!
I put this together and finished while watching an episode of Dragon Ball Z. I thought I would be able to do at least 20min, but I was out of breath and sweaty after 5 lol. My boyfriend is 210lbs, his taller brother is 250lbs - both were able to use it. It doesnt wobble or feel "cheap". Great workout equipment for the price. I set mine up in front of the TV, then fold it up and put it in the coat closet. Only thing it's missing is a little stand or attachment for your phone/water. Its not huge and bulky so you could easily get a cheap stand or side table if you need it. The machine is manual, it does not do any of the "work" for you. If you are already fit and have no problem running up steps, you'll need to go longer and maybe add some ankle weights, weighted vest, or resistance bands to use with it. I personally can feel the burn in my legs and glutes simply going at a steady pace. If you want more "glute focused" and have small enough feet you can lift your toes over the lip of the peddle and push through your heels.

It's ok, for what it is.
The thing about these types of stair climbers is that most of them claim to offer resistance but they don't. So, the "resistance" we get is just us pushing against the weight of our lower bodies. When you're moving your legs up and down on the steppers, it's a smooth glide with no resistance, and this can actually be bad for the knees and lower back. I purchased it in the hope that it would be different to other models being sold on here but it's not. It's overpriced for what it is. It's better than not exercising at all but it's not really the most effective and productive way to get a workout. It doesn't take up much space and it is better quality than another one I've tried.

Great to use while watching tv!
I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to keep this in my living room for when watching tv I can just throw on an episode of something and exercise or move it to my workout room! Super easy to put together, I did it by myself in under a half hour. I like that you’re able to fold it up, so space isn’t an issue if I keep it in my living room. I have found it to be sturdy and a good workout for me - might not be as hard for someone who’s in a little better shape as there isn’t ability to add resistance or anything. But you could possibly add ankle weights for more of a challenge! Great price for what you’re looking for.
