Phone Skope Universal Optics Adapter

Bought to use on my Athlon Optics , Ares , Spotting Scope , 15-45 x 65 ED, barely fits when cranked all the way open. Rubber inserts fell off on first use. The only reason this adapter gets two stars is it kind of works but is really delicate and requires a bunch of fiddling around to get a secure fit.

I own a lot of PhoneSkope products and have loved them all. The Universal Optics Adapter is super easy to use, super convenient for all the optics I carry each time in the field, and is now a permanent piece of my PhoneSkope arsenal. Keep up the great work PhoneSkope!

Started out pretty good. I was able to hook it up to my binos and took some sweet pics. Then it broke, the internals started stripping out and out would jam up then the legs would skip teeth and offset my camera. No good. I'd avoid this and get the adapter for the correct optic you are going to use

Would not recommend this product. Rubber inserts fell out on first use.

Works as any universal adapter. Great for using with scopes that are friends but buy the specific model for your scopes and you’ll have a better experience

To big and bulky doe not fit well on binosAnd did not work on my spotting scope

I purchased it for photos using my 80-mm spotting scope. Works as describe, good fit and the pictures are great.

Missing parts. What I purchased was there but had to purchase more for it to work with the phone.

This was my first digiscope adapter purchase for use a cellphone + spotting scope for birding, nature tours, and education groups. It allowed for capturing record shots. quality shots that could be shared online, or even through live recording. It allows for much more user-friendly scope viewing for naturalists, educators, interpreters, guides, and leaders who use scopes with groups. AKA participants can look at your big phone screen instead of through the scope!Works great, fits phone w/case fairly well, the separately purchased phone case for your phone of choice attaches firmly, the unit feels durable and works smoothly.3 stars because of their branded case for my phone (in my case s7 edge) does not fit their separately purchased case snuggly. It doesn't fall out, but is far from snug. There are also minor issues having locking button stick. Sometimes when it sticks, it makes it hard to remove the adapter from the scope.
