It is indeed a nice product, i was skeptical to buy initially but just after 1 week of using it , i can say it helped significantly in boosting the milk supply. It tastes good and doesnt feel heady also. Value for money .

Wish it was more of raw flavour than the artificial sweetener. Slugging it down. First drink so I don't know about its effectiveness regarding milk production or weight loss. I don't think I will purchase it again. I can't with the taste.Edit: tried again with nuts to negate the taste. But taste is still horrible.got two of these I don't know what to do with them. The powder is good and surely does increase the milk supply. However not really effective for major weight loss.In total really effective for milk supply, and not for weight loss.
