This is a wonderful pizelle maker! 4 at a time, 4" in diameter. Once the eggs are at room temperature and your butter is melted and cooled, it takes less than an hour from start to finish. My baking time is 2 minutes. They are slightly browned. I'm making a half recipe, and that makes about 22 pizelles. And remember, if you have any oops , you are sprinkling them with powdered sugar.

This iron does not cook evenly. It burns the cookie on one side and doesn’t cook on the other side. Plus, most of the time I was waiting for the iron to heat up so a lot of my cookies were undercooked.I do not recommend this product.

Makes extremely thin cookie and is very hard to clean. Wish I would have used it sooner so I could have returned it.

I got this iron because it makes 4 at a time, unlike the Cuisinart one my mom has. In a side by side comparison, the old machine made a thicker cookie and the overflow was easier to peel off without damaging the cookie. The cookies with this machine were very thin, the batter spread to connect with the other molds and the breakage was too much. Will have to keep borrowing my moms machine.

Love my little pizzelle maker! Works like a charm, easy to clean, good value for the money. I gave 4 stars because one of the wells tends to make the batter stick. Why that happens, I am not sure but the rest of them are perfectly fine.
