MaedHawk Bypass Motorcycle CarPlay Bluetooth Headset Adapter with Passthrough USB-C Charging Port

I've tried at least three other solutions to get Car Play to work without just cutting out on my Indian. All failures. This was by far the smallest and easiest solution to set up, and it actually works! You'll need to make sure you've unpaired and/or disconnected anything you did prior, and then just follow the steps to connect. First solution I've used that has never dropped or disconnected.

It tricks my Harley into thinking a wireless headset is connected, which allows me to use Apple CarPlay wirelessly without any issues.One of the most convenient features is the passthrough USB-C charging port. I can keep my phone plugged in and charged during long trips without losing CarPlay functionality, which is a huge plus for all-day rides.Important note: This device does not support phone calls since it doesn’t include a microphone. If you rely on taking or making calls through your headset, you’ll need a separate solution.That said, for music, maps, and general CarPlay use, this adapter is a clean, reliable fix. Highly recommended for Harley riders who want wireless CarPlay without the usual hassle.

Bought this unit just like everyone else did for my 21 Indian Challenger because the bike would not allow CarPlay without a headset connected. I plugged this in to my usb port and then plugged the wireless CarPlay dongle into Maedhawk bypass and it worked flawlessly. You may need a USB-A to USB-C adapter to get it to work depending on your setup. Would definitely recommend this product!

This is the absolute best option to use carplay/android auto on the 24-25 Harleys with the skyline OS. I do not use a headset in my helmet and this connects fast and works every time.

Revised: Had to watch a Youtube video to help me connect. Have to give it time to load. It’s dropped connection a few times but given the price it’s still worth trying. When it works, it works great.

You should check that you hear the tone that it's charging when you connect it before your ride.I have had the most success maintaining a connection using USB to USB-C CABLES over ADAPTERS.The cable connections seem more secure and provide some flexibility in storing the MaedHawk and Phone in a compartment in the bike. Adapters seem to work themselves loose from vibration far more often than the cables.This device performs well to solve the connectivity issues of a hands-free requirement to use CarPlay / phone apps on your motorcycle's touch screen.

I bought this to use with my Harley Davidson 24 Street Glide. It works to enable all the car play features. Good quality, small, and USB C for plug and play.

If you have a motorcycle that requires a headset to be installed to use apple car play get this! Worked perfectly and it was very easy to understand.
