Good one
After some time, I can just say that I have no had any issues with this machine and I am happy with it.

This is oddly satisfying!
So here is an honest review from a diyer/tinkerer/jack of all trades. I'll start out saying this was my first 3d printer, never printed anything previously or had done any 3d modeling(my hobbies include woodworking, laser engraving, and microprocessors). So don't let that stop you. I finally pulled the trigger black Friday 25' and got the kobra 3 combo. This thing was awesome, I've wanted a 3d printer for years. Set up was a cake walk if you can cut a few zip ties and follow basic instructions. Printing is 100% doable right out of the box. Will it be perfect, no but it will be functional and with a little work it can be a heck of a lot better. This was so easy my wife saw it, went online and took it over for a week making toys for my daughters friends in preschool. She liked it so much we bought a second kobra 3 combo so she could print with more colors and i can have my toy back too... even if it is in single filament hah! But seriously, it's fun. I've made premade toys, jewelry, lithophanes, functional things like a paper towel holder to mug stackers in my hutch. . I've even learned enough fusion 360 (pro tip ai will walk you through step by step how to create what you want) to create custom adapter in cad for my job allowing me to fit the newer unger nlite v2 pole to the factory standard goosenecks. So yea there you have it, a few weeks into starting this hobby and we now have 2 kobra 3 v2, 2 ace pro units. A total run time of approximately 238 hours and climbing. 98 prints done. and if i'm being completely honest i've had one glob that clogged massively, my fault, probably about 5 failed prints (learning curve) and oddly the 2nd printer came clogged from the factory. it's fun, it's satisfying and i can officially say I've created and manufactured my own product from design to manufacturing.

Would not buy again
It worked well for a few months. But then it froze, the system froze.... we have been working with customer support for 7 months. And we have replaced - the printheads, motherboard, power supply, print cables, heat bed, updated the firmware (several times) - which was a nightmare!!!! Customer service has been kind, but they are like, try.. A now B now C now D... what, didn't work? Try A... try.. B!.... Don't by this unless you can afford to keep fixing it yourself. My son saved for this, wanted to make things for friends, for birthdays and Christmas, broken hearted. Fall 2025 UPDATE: Jan 2026, After working with the company for months they said they would send us a refurbished printer. That is the one good thing- they did keep working with us, albiet was like following breadcrumbs. They gave us instructions how to carefully pack up the one we had it had to be just exact. My son anxiously awaited for the refurbished printer to arrive. I have purchased many refurbished items, we live on a tight budget I have never had a problem in the past. The one we got in replacement was loose with parts, like in a tool bag, all over the box. My son, who is a grown teenager and is very good with these things assemble it all put it together and it worked a little bit. But still it the heat bed is loose the print nozzle is loose ( like wobbling- he has gone through videos etc) and now we are back and forth and back and forth again with customer service hoping to print one thing without failing. We are at a full year now, thats 9 months of back and forth customer service with directions, back and forth videos, replacement parts, and now refurbished. And even though customer service has tried to help. This has been exhausting and a horrible horrible experience for a young man who worked hard and saved his money and ended up with this. During these past months he saved up enough to buy a Bamboo Lab printer from Best Buy. It's printing beautifully. Would never buy this product or another Any Cubic. I now have 3D printer ptsd... it has been a life lesson for sure.

Best bang for the money?
I have been beyond happy with this purchase! This is my first printer and the fact that it comes with the ACE Pro makes it so much more worth it! The ACE Pro has the dryer option so you don't have to worry about damp filament. Super easy to make changes on the ACE through your phone app or PC. The quality of the prints have met my wants and needs so far. I just made a face mask for my daughter and it came out with extreme detail! Yes, it is a fast printer, but I recommend being patient and allow it to print at a reasonable rate so the quality will be better. The Auto-Bed Leveling makes it super easy and no-tough needed to begin the print. Setup was super easy and I started very quickly. I am actually thinking about purchasing a second Combo to add to my collection!
