Absolutely amazing!!! It really did work on our woolen rug!!!!Our dog made a right mess when she was on heat and then the glands got full.....so our light grey rug got rather messy.We have honestly tried everything else...soapy water, Vanish and other carpet cleaners.....nothing made the patches disappear.Follow instructions....apply generously ( i used up a whole bottle on our 2x3m rug), no need to rub at all ( which was great on the woolen rug), cover with a dump towel overnight (blanket in my case)..... I could not belive it my eyes in the morning.....all stains were gone!!!!Since then I have bought a new bottle and keep it in the cupboard for dog mess emergencies.

Great product, my kitten was peeing outside the litter box in our carpets and we had a lot of trouble with her. After ruling out the medical side of things we were told that she would do this as a behavioural issue. We had tried many sprays before to stop her from going on the floor and introduced more litter trays but she wasn’t having any of it and she was still going on the carpet in certain areas of our flat. The smell was getting unbearable no matter how much I would try to get rid of it and clean the areas it just wouldn’t help. Since I have got this product I haven’t seen her pee in the usual spots she would normally go and has been using her litter. I believe this has really helped and also has neutralised the areas that were soiled.

The product is really effective, on occasion I have had to use it several times but on really yucky dried cat sick stains.However, although I understand that the bottle needs to be sealed so that the enzymes stay alive, every bottle I have becomes unusable when there is only about a third left.It just won’t squirt, tried every which way, so that’s why I haven’t rated it highly.

No matter how much I spray this I still find that I need to urinate. Seriously though if one of my dogs ever has a little accident then this works a treat to ensure no smell and no stain. A very good product.

We have a very nervous dog and a little bit of wee come sometimes come out! Being a Bassett Hound her wee stinks and we couldn't mask it, we can now. Our advice is to mop up the liquid then use this as soon as the accident happens. Our second purchase. Would be great for tom cats too I'd imagine, Lola's wee is 10x more stinky than any tom cat.

This is brilliant stuff, i have a french bulldog who has had spinal surgery and cannot tell when she needs to go to the toilet, so my carpet is one big toilet for her. Using this has made a big difference, just mop up as much of the stain as possible, then spray generously and then place a damp white clothe over the stain and leave over night, in the morning the stain should be gone. This rug doctor spray has not let me down yet.

This stuff works really good. You spray the affected area, cover overnight with an old sheet/towel so that the enzymes get to work. Hey presto, smell neutralised. A large or heavy 'accident' may require a secondary application.

I have a puppy who whilst understands one should toilet outside, on occasion goes inside on my cream carpet. Having tried a couple of other carpet spot cleaners, this has proven to be the best of the bunch. Doesn't always clean the stain away completely by any means but better than others tried for sure. I thorough follow-up clean with my vax helps keep my poor carpet alive.
