The phones came in flawless condition and at a great value.
I got two of these for my parents for Christmas. Of course, being refurbished, I had to get them out the box and check them for myself before I can comfortably give it to them. I turned them on, set them up, and went through a whole suite of tests. I checked the phones under a light for scratches, I took pictures with the cameras , I drained and charged the batteries, I tested the speakers and microphones, and I tested the performance. As far as I’m concerned, these are brand new phones. There’s legitimately nothing here to indicate anyone’s even breathed on them. As for the model themselves, they’re the best bang for the buck. They have excellent performance and storage in general, especially for the price. They’re a very good size, I’d say right between what I’d personally say too large and too small. The camera hardware is nothing to write home about, but with the camera software Google Pixel’s have always had, it can take pictures almost as good as my iPhone 13 mini under the right lighting conditions. There’s some good accessibility options, such as being able to change navigation from swipe gestures to three buttons at the bottom of the screen. This is great since my dad is really fast with swipe gestures but my mom can’t get a grasp of them. As far as I can tell, the reception is really solid. Leagues better than other phones at this price range. And the battery life was excellent across the board. I was able to play a YouTube video at 1080p at max volume and max brightness, and only lost about 15% across an hour and a half on both phones. This is truly a most remarkable phone.

Great!
The media could not be loaded. I got the refurbished excellent condition and it was just that, came wrapped, full battery, and placed neatly in a box with a charger, charging cube, and the pointy thing to switch sim cards. Worked well connecting (T-Mobile), looks sleek, lightweight and smaller than my last phone but still a good size. Even after transferring a lot over I still have a lot of memory left and everything is working smoothly so far (camera, sound, system speed). It's battery life is pretty good, in the middle.

Unsolvable wifi problem
i got a refurbished 6a in good condition. I usually dont mind used phones as long as they function well enough & can last a good 2-3 years, maybe longer if im lucky. Physically there’s no issues with it, although the charger that came with it is pretty short. But on the technical side of things, everything about my experience with this device has been awful and I’ve only had it for a day at this point. It was a bit finicky when i was setting it up which should’ve been the 1st red flag. Right off the bat it was having issues connecting to wifi & couldn’t detect any networks, so I couldn’t restore all my old apps and settings from my previous phone (google pixel 4a, worked great despite being so outdated) unless i wanted to use an ungodly amount of data. Tried restarting and playing w/ the wifi settings. Checked several online forums & reviews. None of them mention a clear solution & each of them attribute the wifi issue to a wide variety of causes, none of which make any sense. When i say i tried everything i mean i tried EVERYTHING. After a couple system updates on mobile data, thoroughly exploring & adjusting various settings, & too many restarts to count, it randomly automatically connected to wifi. That lasted a glorious 4.5 hours before the issue returned. This was after i had to go a week w/o a phone due to my previous phone breaking, which is why i got this one, & i need a phone for work, so im not sure im willing to go through the hassle of returning it in the hopes of getting a refund just to spend more time w/o a phone while i shop for a new one & wait for it to arrive. Will likely go to a local repair shop or more reliable seller for helpSome other, slightly less enraging issues this device has- bluetooth connection dropping randomly- response to swiping/gestures is inconsistent- restarts on its own sometimes, completely unprompted- bc of the wifi issue I can’t install the 1 update that would likely fix the wifi issueSeriously, DO NOT GET THIS PHONE

Great phone, currently terrible battery
Phone is great for me in every way, smaller then expected but my old phone is little bit bigger in comparison but not a problem. Love the camera which is the main reason why I went this brand plus this series was cheaper and more current then 5 and under series. Biggest issue is after only 2 weeks of owning and using battery stop working properly, won't charge and needs to be replaced but seems like it's in a high demand currently.

New Condition, Pixel 6 Substitution
I ordered the Pixel 6a in Charcoal and received a Pixel 6 in Sorta Seafoam. Although I was a bit disappointed (I like the smaller size of the 6a and I'm not crazy about the Seafoam color), I do appreciate the upgraded phone. It looks like a new phone in almost perfect condition- the only sign of use is VERY slight wear around the black USB port. And when a put a black case on the phone you can't see the Seafoam anyway. No charging brick provided, only the USB cable. If you're a sucker for a good deal like I am and you don't need to have the very latest phone, this is a great buy.
