I’ve been in phone sales for over 12 years and have always used the same (but have owned more than a few) plantronics headsets. Recently I needed to replace my handy plantronics headset. I ordered a Jabra evolve 75 (sound quality was not great and felt bulky on my head), a poly voyager 4320 uc (felt overly large and was a weird shape IMO) as well as another plantronics (Amazon renewed box had mold on it and I never opened it) Long story as to why I ordered so many different headsets however the point is this headset is a beast! Sound quality is great from both mic and headphones. I really like that you can flip the mic up to mute it. The voice that talks through the headset will remind you if you are starting to dial and still on mute as well as other prompts (you can turn these off if need be). This also uses a USB C charging cable which I love because it’s compatible w many other devices I own and the battery stays charged all day! Sometimes I’ll throw it on the charger just in case for 10 minutes or so towards the end of the day and when I put it back on I’ll hear “battery high”. The only slight dislike is the range. I can walk into my kitchen no problem but I’m used to being able to walk out to the car or upstairs if need be and the old plantronics would still work just fine. All in all as long as your not trying to sit out by the pool while your on the phone w clients and your computer is in the house, this is an amazing headset that sounds great. Feels great and looks great as well! The best of the best, after testing them all!

These are great and work perfect for me as I work from home. I have them one for over 9 hours per day because I work 4 days out of the week. Normally, I have to charge them by day 3 but I do it overnight so on day 4 it's ready to go. They are comfortable, work perfect with my work computer program, and they do have noise canceling feature, mute, controlled volume buttons, it also lights up. It auto shuts off after 2 hours if it doesn’t detect a call. I would definitely buy them again.

My wife has to use this he3adset at work as its one of the few that are approved with her system. That being said, she still likes it a lot. The comfort factor is there with the headset being lightweight and easy to wear for long periods of time. The cushions are good for on-ear cushions, though they do not block out sound as an over-the-ear would which is the only downside to this set. Connection has been great and stable with no breaks or disconnects. Mic quality is good with people on the other end able to clearly hear her and not have to ask what she said every other word. Battery life is also great with the headset running a full day without the need for an additional charger.

I work from home in a sometimes noisy, sometimes quiet household. I have struggled to find headphones or a headset (with a PC) that provides great noise cancellation and solid sound from my microphone. I tried Bose Quiet Comfort 45 Bluetooth ear buds. They have great sound, but the range isn't the best and the microphone sometimes digitized my voice to the extent that people on calls cannot understand me. I then tried Logitech Zone Wireless certified for Microsoft Teams. They worked great for a while, but then they started to drop, disconnect, digitize and then the microphone started having issues. I tried everything recommended on Google, YouTube and Logitech to troubleshoot it. I suspect a Windows Update caused the issues, but I gave up. I just need something that works. So, I read a ton of reviews and decided to give Plantronics/Poly Voyager UC 5200 headset a try. What a mistake. Hoping they provided the sound and mic quality suggested in the reviews, this single ear solution cannot do the job. So, after reading another wave of reviews and recommendations, I gave Jabra Evolve2 65 a try. They were easy to connect, are comfortable, sound excellent, but the best is - the microphone is crystal clear. My coworkers are amazed at the difference in sound quality when I'm speaking. I am thrilled with these Jabra headphones (and will come back and update my review if they deteriorate). So many headset reviews boast about sound quality and noise cancellation. It's not easy, actually, to find great information about the microphone - which in a WFH setting is maybe the most important feature. I'm super glad I found these, so far.

The mic is absolutely not worth it to me.I’ve been using this mic for the past couple of months and the only benefit it has to my old mic is that it is Bluetooth. However, I have a load of problems with it.- My headset disconnects often. By “disconnect”, I mean that I can still hear fine in the call, but for some reason when I talk my voice isn’t being transmitted. So the headset doesn’t disconnect, but the mic does?- In a one hour call, I can expect to lose connection 3-4 times.- You can lift the mic to mute, but when I lower the mic to unmute it is always disconnected.- To reconnect the mic, I need to switch it off and on and it takes about 10 seconds for it to connect again. This prolongs the call and is frustrating for the people I’m talking to.- The mic can only be on the right-side and I’m used to it on the left-side. The problem is that I still sometimes try to put the mic on the wrong side and the mic is so flimsy I feel like I almost snap it each time when trying to pull it down to talk.

Great noise cancellation. When they start to die they will disconnect. Other than that no complaints.

Noise cancellation gets three stars: It isn't excellent but it isn't horrible. It certainly suits my needs in terms of blocking out the outside "chatter" but it won't work very well in louder environments.Mic pickup is amazing and I'm told (and I've heard myself) that I sound much better than most mic's. Considering this is a wireless headset, I'll take that as a pro. Sometimes it does clip, but that is more the software trying to avoid clipping... The software doesn't do a very good job at that.Con: Common on-ear headset issues. The band provides just enough pressure on my ears that I can handle between 2-4 hours (depending on my meeting) before my head starts to really feel the pressure. I also wear glasses, so I suffer from that fun of the temples (the part that rests on your ear) getting squeezed between my ear and my head.

Great headset, never loses connection and the battery lasts long.

Good quality but expensive. If the headset is connected to multiple devices it can switch between calls interrupting your meeting, that can be very annoying. Suggest 1:1 pairing at all times and set forget on other devices and should be ok. Expensive for what they are, but the sound quality is excellent just a notch above what they are worth in my opinion. Don’t expect excellent noise cancellation out of these, that’s not the primary purpose of them. If you want a full noise cancelling headphone these are not it, they will mildly cancel noise but that’s it. Can hurt the head after long periods.

Its great for me but may be slightly tight for those with wider head width. Quality of the cushion as well as the plastic feels premium.Features - All features are true as described by Jabra. Easy to setup, much like your regular bluetooth devices. No hassle, works seemlessly. Comes charged at about 75%. Battery is lasting you probably can use it about 3 days with about 5hrs usage per day. I used the recommended Jabra Sound+ mobile app to configure headset settings and update software if needed. You can also search online to download the Jabra Evolve2 65 user guide for full easy to follow instructions.Surprise - Despite a few poor reviews, Bluetooth works well directly with my laptop on Windows 10. Connected the headset to both laptop and andriod smartphone easily - headset switches between both devices seemlessly, depending on which device has active audio output. Another bonus is the high quality sound when listening to music and waching movies.Conclusion - Highly Recommended for both work and play.

Perfect headset and its feature like isolation noisy is very good since safety of my is very high the quality of sound for this headset is amazing first I was afraid from the item used like new but when I buy I found it really new and in a very good condition
