Bit sceptical on purchase after reading some reviews. Arrived well package, no dents or damage and have been totally amazed by results. Bought some none stick trays from Asda on offer for £8 but get the best ones they are usually about £12-15 and are brilliant and easy to ckean that can be used to cook on all 4 levels. Have cooked things like part backed bread, bacon, and many other things. Does a chicken in about 15mins less time than it states on packaging and I'm just using a none stick tray rather than using the rotisserie and the results are perfect, but remember your not preheating.oven so saves in total about 15-20 mins cooking time.Can do fish and chips with the mesh tray, dont need rotisserie mesh turner for chips and the results are better than eating out and have been disappointed to pay some pubs prises ever since, just remember to turn once about half way through cooking and everything comes out great, scampi or fish with chips take about 25 mins all on one tray without preheating like with ovens, so saves time and money and are perfect, try Harry Ramptons Fish and Chips from Iceland, unbelievable results with no fat anywhere.The food is amazing and you will have to experiment for a bit on how you best like your food but doesn't take long to learn, maybe invest in a air fryer book for help and ideas, they are usually £10-£15 but well worth a look.Cooks so many things and because of its size can do more than say just fries and nuggets that you can only do in the other versions. So I would highly recommend this airfryer for its size with 4 layers, its versatility, convenience but most of all the results. Also I would consider getting an oven lining at the bottom of the oven rather than using the tray provided, this is so much more easy to use and very convenient to clean, and by the way I'm the husband writing the review and it's brilliant as I do most of the cooking so even I'm impressed

As a novice user I was amazed by the cooking process. The first thing I cooked was a steak for my husband. Needless to say he was very impressed. It only needed 14 minutes and was perfect.I find it cooks all meats and chips exceptionally well. But at the moment I’m struggling with vegetables such as cauliflower and broccoli they seem to dry out, I maybe need more oil.Just one tip for all you novices out there, jacket potatoes are just brilliant but make sure you microwave your potato for 5 minutes then oil and salt before you put it into the Air Fryer for 6 minutes, they come out absolutely perfect. This works better than putting them into the oven for 55 minutes. Who can wait that long.The downside was the company do not supply any recipe booklet or any guarantee for the machine. But the Air Fryer was great, would by again.

I love this item. Halves the cost of cooking at least. My friend - a professional cake maker - so impressed she has now bought one.I tend to mainly use the air fryer function, it is quicker. Definitely halves the cooking time of everything. Interestingly I barely use my toaster now as I tend to head to this wonderful oven to toast.I like the fact that you can use large tins in this. If I were to swap it out I'd go for the 30 litre version. Then again, I'd get that, have 2 of these and ditch the big cooker. Which is my next plan ☺️Also, I can't remember the last time I used my big ovens. Probably only once since I bought this last year.

Got this oven to replace my previous one which was very similar. Love the silver finish on the outside, the panel was easy to understand and is easy to use. It comes with a turner skewer for chicken, although I haven't tried that yet, and three trays (a rack, mesh tray and solid tray). Great value for money and it cooks things really well. It has a good capacity and can fit loads in. It's quiet to use and has an audible beep when the timer finishes. However, it was delivered without a crumb tray (I'm not sure how as it was all boxed and sealed) and you obviously need that to keep the bottom clean. Contacted the supplier who said they would send one, which they did a few days later (luckily, my old oven's crumb tray fitted it until it arrived). However, again, the new crumb tray didn't fit - the lip on it was too high and I couldn't get the bottom tray out when the crumb tray was in (obviously not the right one for this oven). Contacted them again, and they responded a few days later that they would either send another one or would refund £10 for the inconvience and so I could get one myself. I accepted the refund. The oven itself is great, the contact from the suppliers was okay, although they did need a bit of prompting to respond to my messages. Happy with the oven otherwise.

Lovely and big exactly what I wanted, I did read reviews on this item before purchase, and I'm glad I did.. it's lovely, simple to use the quality of the build is great..I do find the fan a little louder than my last one, it beeps when finished. There's a light on the inside. I do like having a light.. but this one doesn't stay on..? Stays on for afew seconds then goes off which is ok if that's what supposed to happen..i don't know..It cooked my sausages to perfection. Only used it the once but will update once I have used it several more times. But first impressions ..I love it

The media could not be loaded. We are students and we just got a new flat. Our kitchen is barren and small so we thought this product would be easy to use and save us room. It came so quickly and was packaged very nicely. No defects or anything. My partner let it run for 25~ mins or so to let it sterilise as advised, then we heated up some takeout. The oven doesn't make too much noise which was a concern for me, the light illuminates it well and all the functions are clear as day. It also came with a little recipe book! The recipes in them are very healthy and easy to follow. We used the airfry option to heat our food and it was HOT after like 5 mins. We were so excited about how fast it was! It came with many tools and trinkets as well which also look well made. So far so good!
