Okay, so the negative part first, there's more positive. Based off size chart, I should be a 6X. I felt something was wrong, based off other reviews I've read. I ordered a 4X and it was too big. I ordered a 3X and it fits great. It seems the sizing chart is off.The POSITIVE: Once you find the size you need, oh my word!!!! It's amazing. First the zip up!! I love the zip up better than the little clips, then for extra support the velcro wrap around. I wear it while workingout and while I'm eating. Simply phenomenal! A great price, color, structure, stretch & fabric. You sweat bullets and you feel like you're getting an even better workout.

I wanted this waist trainer and so I bought it.Im a female rap artist #Sweet-ice and i wanted to use it in my video.I bought it for a prop but end up falling in love with it.In one of my raps I say "if this waist-trainer pop off..I want my damn money back"(I said that on my Megatron video on youtube.I didnt even have the waist trainer yet.But It do work and at first i didnt see the results .But all my pants kept falling off.So now Im choosing my foods more wisely .Because that Pepsi and Popoyes chicken sandwich is not helping.But I recommended this item its a motivator..Artist #Sweetice song "keep stirring that tea.

This has a zipper, no hooks. This waist trimmer belt with one Velcro strap is better than the belt with two. The belt with two Velcro straps are more bulky. This one is nice because I’m trying to make it tighter on the waist. To each their own. I’m very wide in my upper body and lower body. The back at the top rolls down for me a little. Doesn’t bother me as much because I can pull my sports bra down to hold it in place. But if you’re also looking for a belt to help your back fat while doing your waist and stomach, get the vest waist trimmer instead! Once I wear this one out, that’s what I’m going to get next!

IT FITS PERFECTLY- SNUGGED AS I WANTED TO BE SO THAT I WORK MY WAY TO A 3XL AND SO ON.. I love the replacement belt I got , the first one was a 3X and it was too tight , I had to send it back for a 5X . Don’t be fooled about the sizes and don’t be scared to order a size or two or three up . I’m 5’3 and i weigh around 260ish ...so that’s he 5X fits perfect and I wore it all day! I had a little sweat not much because I didn’t work out in it yet . (It was delivered while I was already at the gym) .

This is a great waist shaper and it works , it doesn't roll and it stay in place while working out and it great to just to wear around the house and you still sweat !!! over all great product . if your stomach hangs go up a size so that it can fit around the enitre stomach and with continue use your stomach will start making changes along with a healthy life style.

I purchased this after reading many of the reviews. Like other I too was looking for a good waist trainer to wear both around the house, as well as during workouts. I ordered a size up because I read that this trainer runs a bit small. It fit me right and wasn’t too hard to zip, which is good. My problem is after wearing it for a little more than an hour, the top begins to fold down and makes the trainer uncomfortable to wear. I’m not sure if it’s because of my small frame (I’m only 4’10) or if it’s made for taller women, but I don’t like that. It’s not bad enough to return, but I don’t feel that I should have to keep adjusting something that says it won’t fold or slip. If you’re on the shorter side, I suggest finding another trainer because this one isn’t it.

Great trainer! My second day of use and i can feel the work. Makes my middle sweat more during cardio so that's always a plus. It runs a little large tho so don't trust the size chart. I originally bought a large and had to return because it did absolutely NOTHING. I'm currently 165 lbs., re-ordered in a medium and its perfect. Definitely reccomend for losing a few extra inches.
