Hi can the toys be removed off the tray

Yes they are removeable but wouldn't be suitable for child to play with off the walker

Are the toys detachable to make it a tray where they can eat?

The Toys can be detached but from experience I wouldn’t recommend it as something to eat at as theres a balancing factor the child has to negotiate.

Does it fit through doors to go between rooms?

Yes my grandson goes from the living room to the kitchen easily

Do all four wheels swivel as ive read on other reviews that the back wheels only go backward and forward?

Only the front two wheels swivel. Much to our disappointment.
