Tiny as expected for the kitten nursery, not a bad quality BUT should be less expensive, maybe $12-15

This item is very small has a small base and when cats and kittens play with it and get wild with it it gets knocked over and then it's no fun for playing with needs a larger base for one thing This cat condo also needs to be bigger in size It barely fits a kitten
