Easy to use and change of the intensity of the vibration. After a week of once a day exercise 15-20 minutes, I did notice a visible improvements to my skin . The first few days I jiggled my way along while watching a movie. Nice and quiet! Now that I’ve had her a few weeks, she has turned into a squeaky toy upon use. That kinda sucks! She gets a little attitude during mid jiggle and kinda ruins my mood. The constant repositioning of my weight and feet makes me wonder if my a** is too big for this beauty? Nope I’m not at the max limit they say in the instructions. How to bring her attitude from squeaky mouth monster back to the beauty I know she can be. That is the current question. Other wise, I love my girl!

I got this machine for two and it excels my expectations to 1) help with lymphatic drainage because after a while of being less active I had some early lymphedema and using this feels good and a good way to get active again with some pain relief. I just start it low while seated. 2) it is also great for a full body workout in a short span of time if you are someone on the go or simply lazy with not much time to put for exercise, both of which are me. I had tried expensive demo ones and this works the same, feels stable and cost only a fraction of the price making it a good investment for my health.

I have used the vibration plate for a post workout massage as well as doing some my strength workout on the plate. Received the Vibration Exercise Machine as a Christmas gift, and knew nothing about it. My daughter has one and gives very positive reviews. I am surprised to find it an easy, convenient work-out. It is helping with lower back & knee pain. Surprised at how it feels like a great workout without the aches & pains. Very sturdy and stable. Looking forward to trying the various exercise modes and focusing on different areas. It is easy to operate and the vibration is very effective. Very surprised at the cost of this particular machine. Well worth the price!
