1x but you may need to roll them up a little at the bottom. I'm 5'6 and they are a perfect length for me but you kay find them a touch long.

I’m 5’ plus size and I have to turn them up 2 times at the ankles but they are still plenty long enough. I don’t know the exact inseam length.
