Anti estrogen
I’m on TRT and take these as an anti oestrogen. Got my bloods back recently and estrogen was at the low end of normal. It’s all I’m using so must be doing something!

I'm a frequent purchaser of this supplement. Does the job! The plant oestrogen keeps post-menopausal symptoms at bay. I used to get hot flushes, irritability, formication (feeling of having an ant or insect on top of my scalp), etc. I started using broccoli extract (more recently the sprout version) 25 years ago to avoid taking HRT. I take one tablet each morning and night with a good multivitamin/ mineral supplement and a daily Glucosamine MSM + Chondroitin tablet. Keeps me sailing, dancing, walking and sleeping happily.

I now prefer my supplements to be in pouches as I find them much easier to store and less bulky then bottles!One thing I was pleasantly surprised by was the lack of taste or smell. Sometimes supplements can have a strong or unpleasant odour, but that's not the case here.Lastly, I'm happy to report that the product is gluten-free, halal, vegan, and plant-based.
