Organic L Methylfolate Liquid 7.5mg + Methyl B12, Active 5-MTHF Form

Has good flavor and I do feel like it makes a difference. Doctor recommended methyl-folate to help absorb medicine and this does a wonderful job. Plus improves my mood and energy with the extra B vitamins. I take 4-6 drops a day with my electrolyte drinks.

This seems to have given me a bit of a pick me up compared to my usual B12 regimen. I have to take it due to being in a diabetes drug that can lower B12. I have used other B12 drops for years a variety of brands. This seems much better.

Been just over a week and they seem to have really cut down in my anxiety as well as a fair amount of extra mid day energy. Almost completely negated that 2pm slump. I’m not doing the .5cc (7.5mg) dose though, I’m taking .75cc (9.375mg) as my metabolism tends to make my tolerance for wanting higher than average.

I suppose it is working, I think I feel a little more energy.

Gives me calm and clear thinking. I used to have a hard time memorizing scripts but this stuff really helps me out. I’m 51, and I had problems for years. Now, I’m doing great. One positive problem. I had one role and that was, I needed to get really angry. I couldn’t, until about the 6th time I finally did. This product really gets you calmed down. I love it. Just an F.Y.I. May take about two weeks to feel the full effect. Just remember everyone is different.

Definitely feel a difference in my mood. Stomach health seems to be better too!

So far it has not worked for me. I have adhd and was hoping this would benefit me. I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks and haven’t seen any changes. I’m going to take these drops for at least 3 months and up the dosage/ get a stronger concentration. I’ve read some reviews and seen reviews on social media basically calling this a miracle item so I’m not giving up yet!

I am almost 40 had have been diagnosed with MTHFR. I added this to part of my daily supplements to try to stabilize some symptoms. I also have cut folic acid out of my diet. The two things together have helped so much. I notice a huge boost in energy when taking this supplement. I also feel like I get a more restful night of sleep when I take it. My joint pain has decreased, but I do not know how much was change of diet and how much was adding this supplement. If you are committed to dropping folic acid and cleaning up your diet, this stuff is fantastic to add. A little bit goes a long way. It tastes okay, not great but if fine for a few drops. Dropper is quality. Doesn't leak and is easy to use.
