Floralife 82-22020 Floralife Crystal Clear Flower Food 300 Liquid, 500 ml/1 pt

The photo I’m sharing today, March 3, 2025 are of flowers I received the week before Valentine’s Day this year! I’ve been using this Floral food exclusively, following their instructions and it’s the only thing I can attribute to their longevity. They are truly at the end of their life, however still pretty enough to enjoy for another day! I’m sold on its effectiveness! Good value for price also! Thank you FloraLife! My only complaint is the lid on the bottle doesn’t screw on easily. The threads seem off!

Floralife does a great job with cut flowers. It keeps the water clear, and if you are diligent about changing the water and trimming the stems every couple days, you can really extend the life of a bouquet.Recently, however, it had an experience with this product which even exceeded those expectations. It seems that a a squirrel had felled one of my outdoor lily plants, leaving an 8 inch stem topped by green leaves and tiny, tight flower buds. Just for the heck of it, I stuck it in a glass with Floralife. It took several weeks, but the buds tripled in size and opened up in full bloom, just as if it was still connected to the plant outside.I don’t know what is in this stuff, but it is amazing. Maybe I should start adding it to my coffee in the morning!

I am very happy with the product. I had absolutely no wilting for over a week, even with the hydrangeas.

No matter how careful I am, the bottle drips and gets sticky around the threads, causing the lid to jam and be hard to open. Manufacturer should switch to a flip-top, flow-restricted top. Product works great.

This was very convenient to use and easier than the powder.

I kept my first bottle in a wood cabinet and was worried if I took all of the aluminum off the top of the bottle (and it spilled), it might not be good for my cabinet. So, I poked a small hole at the top. I’m very glad I did! Keeping the small hole allowed me to control the amount of liquid to come out of the bottle. The bottle is soft enough that I can squeeze it like ketchup.No, I do not measure. I do it by eye: the more flowers, the more food. I put the liquid food in the vase first, then the water, then the flowers. I find cold water (NOT ICE COLD!) and giving the stems a fresh cut works well. When they start to look droopy, (about a week later ... depending on the flowers) I give them a fresh cut and new water with new food.I bought my first bottle Sept of 2014 for my wedding. My husband buys me flowers about 6-8 times a year, plus we get wildflowers from a stand down the street 2-3 months over the summer/fall. I just finished it today, and plan on ordering again when I’m finished writing this review.

The cover on the bottle was not closed tightly so a little did leak , fortunately it was enclosed in a plastic bag so it did not saturate the packaging.
