Mine actually stopped working in the middle of an incubation period and I lost my eggs and chicks. Asking for a refundWaiting on a shipping label to return the item.

The water bottle with hose puts too much water inside making the humidity too high I had to check with my own meter since it doesn't come with one, I had to put in a little water at a time. I wasn't able to adjust the temperature it stays at max level but that works for the chick eggs. But it was a hard 3 weeks trying to keep the humidity levels but my eggs are finally hatching so it works with monitoring and does spin every 2 hours on its own.

If I could leave no stars I would. The incubator does not turn like indicated and it floods water from the water tube. If I could have never gotten this product I would never get it but I had eggs in it so I couldn’t return. So dissatisfied

I bought this to hatch some silkie chicken eggs. Don't buy!1. Temperature is only in Celsius, no way to change2. No humidity gage. Have to add one3. Temperature fluctuates horribly. Doesn't get steady temperature. Kicks on and starts heating again AFTER Temperature drops a full degree or more.I always set up and try before putting eggs in. Sending this one back! There are others that are MUCH better. Don't buy, avoid disappointment and heart break.

We hatched 5 chickies! Ok incubator, works but somewhat difficult. Ours worked, we did have problems with the water getting into the incubator and that is necessary to keeping the humidity right. Once 5 chicks hatched out of 9 one of them got their legs caught under the plastic piece and couldn't get it out by itself. We opened it up to free it and it was the dickens trying to get all the chicks back in there without them getting under a piece of the rotating plastic or totally inside the dome top, and not squished anywhere by the center piece.As a child we had a very simple and functional incubator. This one has lots of bells and whistles. I wish I could find one like the easy one I had as a child. I wouldn't buy this one again nor recommend it to someone unless they had lots of patience, lots of time, and didn't get to emotional when some of the eggs don't hatch.

The media could not be loaded. This is a basic incubator! There's nothing fancy about it; it simply displays the temperature on the screen as Celsius. It does automatically rotate the eggs, and it has an external water bottle. Something I've learned about this style and model of incubators is that the foam square piece is to sit the drip bottle on top to help the water flow. It's vital to get the water flowing. It's honestly best to add water directly into the tray before connecting the bottle as it primes the system. Everything works as it should. It's a reasonable price and small enough to sit on a countertop or table. Eggs fit comfortably in the egg tray and there is enough headroom for birds to comfortably emerge from their eggs.

The instructions are translated and difficult to understand. The humidity bottle did not work. Only 25% of our eggs hatched.

No humidity gauge, and unable to adjust humidity.The system lets way too much water in.It would be nice to have an egg candle light.I got about a 20 to 30% hatching rate.Overall, this needs some work, you'll need to get your own humidity gauge too.
