Read on for details.First, this light is low profile. It protrudes from the ceiling surface less than 1" which makes it perfect for fitting in a tight space or in a room with a low ceiling -- any area where every inch matters. I used them in the closet under my stairs. I'm always hitting my head in there so the extra head space is greatly appreciated. Amazingly, even with the low profile, the bright light that is produced is smooth and even across the surface of the light.The light also lets you choose from three different white temperature options. The color temperature is selectable via a switch on the back of the light and is easiest to set if you do it before or during installation. Once the light is installed, the switch is not as easily accessible. If you change your mind later, it's still pretty easy, but you'll need to remove the light from the base, change the switch, and place the light back on the base plate.The light is very bright. I don't have any way to measure the brightness, but they claim it is equivalent to a "150W fluorescent". This seems accurate to me. It's definitely brighter than a 100 watt traditional or equivalent CFL bulb. It's a level of brightness that I would be happy to use in a kitchen, office, or workshop. Anywhere that being able to read or see fine details clearly is important. It might be a bit too bright for a bedroom, but that really comes down to personal preferences. The amount of light is impressive for the 24 watts of power used.Installation was easy and took me less than 15 minutes, which included removing the old light I was replacing. I like how you simply screw the mounting plate to the electrical box or ceiling and then the light just rotates onto the mounting plate to lock in place. The mount feels secure without being a pain to install. They also include a short metal strap with clips on both ends. This allows you to hang the light from the base once the base is installed and supports the light while freeing my hands to make the electrical connections. I don’t know why more lights don't do this. It's a nice feature -- especially for those of us who are DIYers and not professional electricians.Overall these are great lights that provide a lot of light in a very low profile package. I'm all about slim low profile ceiling lights, and this pack is a great price! It's easy to spend this much on one single ceiling light, so the six pack is amazing. I'm remodeling an old house and changing the lights with these in the bedroom and hallway is a massive difference. They will fit almost anywhere. In the past It was annoying to choose the light color for the room, but now that so many (these included) offer a switch to change the color, it makes it easy to buy a set and put them where they are needed. Softer light in the bedrooms, and brighter in the hallway and kitchen. These are as easy to install as any ceiling light, or even easier because there is not much weight to the new led lights. Highly recommend this set for a low profile and flush ceiling light.

These lights are dimmable which is a big plus! The black rim gives it a classy feel which adds to our decor. They are well built and look like they will last a very long time. Super slim which is great for blending in to the ceiling. I might even consider using them as a wall sconce in the hallway at a dim setting. Who knows! Options are unlimited. Love it!

These are nice lights. 3 switchable (before installation) colors. They put out about what you would expect from a 12 inch fixture -- not too much but about right in a medium to large room. include a suspension cable, a quite handy feature during installation. You can partially attach the mount and then connect the suspension cable which holds the light suspended while you make the electrical connections.

As a landlord, these are my new fave go-to lights for utilitarian installations. I always try to update hardware and fixtures between tenants. Switching out the “jewelry” is a quick way to freshen up the place. This style of light isn’t necessarily showy or flashy, but it’s so much better than a 1970’s fixture. And at $10 each, you can’t go wrong.This particular model allows you to switch the color temp to your preference. The only thing difficult with the install is the small clearance for the wires. However, these are all the same with this style of light. This product also includes a hanger to hold the light in place while you attach the wires to ease that issue. Some include this, some don’t. This product does.The light quality is perfect for utilitarian purposes, too. Bright, but not too bright.Overall, I’m happy with this product. Definitely recommend.
