It's probably fine in a dimly-lit club, but it has a distinctly Discount Halloween Costume level of quality to it. I wouldn't be surprised if this is just the bottom half of a Sexy Tinkerbell costume, right down to the poor asymmetrical unhemmed cuts along the bottom edge.
