Elly's Plate: Plant-based Comfort Food Made Easy

When I saw that Elly's Plate is releasing a cookbook on Instagram I had to pre-order it. Some of the iconic recipes such as courgette carbonara is in there as well as loads of other delicious new recipes to try. The book is easy to follow, has gorgeous pictures and unique recipes. I recently made the tofu chorizo and added it to the three bean chorizo chili which was to die for, the best chili I've ever made. This book is a great way to spice up the vegan cuisine. I can't wait to try more recipes.

Amazing book. Always love her recipes. She’s one of the few who actually adds meat flavours and protein to recipes and is not afraid to make recipes with meat alternatives. Big fan!

Genuinely so impressed with all these recipes, would 100% recommend the boozy butter beans, chocolate silken tofu breakfast dish for easy and absolutely delicious food to start the day! Cannot wait to try all the other recipes, my now go to cook book for all occasions!The way they’re written makes it so easy to follow and grab the ingredients, there are pictures on every dish (thank goodness), and it’s so lush to look at!Hopefully there’s another book coming out after this one.

I am not a vegan, or even a vegetarian but these recipes are absolutely delicious - even to a carnivore like me! I follow Elly on Instagram and enjoy her recipes there, but I bought this book as a quick ‘go to’ resource to find dishes that match my appetite. It’s a culinary goldmine. Looking forward to future volumes.

Got the book on pre-order and it arrived early this morning. What a gem of a book, honestly already have so many recipes bookmarked and none of it seems to break the bank- just loads of accessible recipes that are delicious whether you're vegan or not. The skillet cookie is going to be a must for me. Beautiful design and imagery too which is always a bonus!
