Hi. Can you confirm this is the genuine perfume as the price is very competitive compared to other sellers on amazon

I ordered this in the middle of May and there were items in stock at that time too. I'm a Prime member and immediately after placing the order, Amazon told me that they would update me as soon as they had a shipping/delivery date. I never heard again, so I chased. Was told that someone would get back to me, but they didn't, so I chased again. Was told there was a problem with the despatch and that I would be updated - but I wasn't. Next time I checked, Amazon had cancelled my order completely and removed the order from my history - without telling me. This order was for a gift, and two weeks after ordering and not receiving within a reasonable timescale for Prime membership, I was left with no item and my order was cancelled due to problems with despatch. They would not tell me where the item was being shipped from and would not give me a delivery date. This perfume is actually in stock as it does not get dispatched or delivered - it just gets cancelled.
