Definitely Ikea quality
The cabinet organizer is relatively easy to assemble -- if you've ever assembled do-it-yourself furniture before you shouldn't have a problem with this. All of the parts were include in new condition and were properly labeled. The instructions were fine, although on a diagram required so much assemble it took me a few minutes to figure it out. A user lacking strength in their wrist will have difficulties with some of the screws. The cabinet organizer is decent enough quality -- clearly not fine furniture, but appropriate for the $76 I paid for it. Not cheap but not durable -- somewhere in-between. It'll serve its purpose until someday I move or remodel the bathroom at which point I'll junk it.Other reviews are absolutely correct that safety requires the organizer be mounted to the wall. I was pleasantly surprised it came with such a wall mount. The mount requires two drilled holes; specifications are provided on the exact drill bit needed. I have not yet completed this step so I cannot say how sturdy it will feel once mounted.I have two complaints about the organizer. First, some of the "lock nuts" don't actually stay locked. This shouldn't be a major problem once the organizer is fully assembled, but I'm sure every year or so I'll need to re-attach ones that fall off and tighten the rest.Second and more problematic, the door on the cabinet doesn't close quite right (see attached picture). Lifting the handle will slides the hinge slightly so that it closes. Not highly irritating as I won't be opening and closing this multiple times a day, but still a problem that shouldn't be occurring. I've played with the screws in the hinges to no avail; there seems to be a bit of slide no matter what I do. Will continue playing with it later to see if I can resolve the problem but I am not hopeful. Were it not for the door problem I'd give this 4.5 stars.

Good bathroom cabinet for the price
Cabinet was easy to assemble and install by myself. For the price, it looks real nice installed in the bathroom. My only complaint (which I should have know better to begin with), after putting the whole thing together and bringing it into the bathroom, I realized in order to get it flush with the wall, you will need to cut some notches out of the bottom to fit over the base molding on the wall. I'd assume this would be the same issue with about 90% of the people installing this and maybe it would be good to be something to mention in the assemble instructions to take care of this before you put it together. I had to take it back out of the bathroom, disassemble the base, cut out what I needed to, then reassemble and install. But I will say, even with this aggravation, it wasn't enough to keep me from buying another one for the other bathroom. Seems well worth the money so far.

Get better anchors to attach to wall.
Must be attached to the wall. If attaching to drywall and not using a stud, don’t bother with what is supplied. I used it and the screw and anchor just pulled out of the wall. Buy a sturdier anchor at your local hardware store.I ended up putting it up before I attached the door and shelves, concerned it would fall down before I got it attached. There is no way I can attach the bottom brace. I needed this because my bathroom is small with no storage. I don’t have room to get a screwdriver between the tub and the unit to screw in the brace. It looks good when it is up and secure. I hope it lasts until the end of my lease.

Well worth the price
I was pleasantly surprised with this product. I was able to put it together by myself for the most part (I had my boyfriend hold a few pieces for me while I screwed in some parts). All of the pieces were there and in good condition. Took me just over an hour, so not too bad! The only downside was the size of my bathroom—I had a hard time screwing in the nails for the bottom piece once I had it over the toilet. So if you have more room on the sides, you’ll be fine, but if not, you might want to get a flexible screwdriver. Overall, I am very happy with how easy it was to build this shelf, and it looks great in the space!

A beautiful over the toilet cabinet
This white Spirich bathroom space saver is beautiful. However, customers MUST anchor the unit to a wall. It is very top heavy and can easily tip over. The package arrived with missing cam screws. I went out and bought my own even after contacting seller. It appears that the cam screws I purchased and installed were not the right size and the unit flipped over, making the bottom part unusable. I discarded the unit even though the top portion, the cabinet, was perfect. I just didn't want to drill into a wall that had just been repaired (due to leaks), plastered and painted to hang up the cabinet. If you order this unit and are missing a part(s), PLEASE contact the seller immediately. Be patient. Seller is more than willing to work with you!!

You MUST attach this to a wall!!!
Any review that mentions how wobbly this item has not (a) assembled it properly and (b) didn't attach it to a wall. Otherwise, it put together fairly well. I wish I'd put the door on the upper part before attaching it to the base. After attaching both parts the unit is VERY wobbly and you have to be extremely careful that it doesn't twist. To assemble the top, use a table not the floor. A table give you a stable base and you won't twist off any parts by mistake. Assemble the base and top in the bathroom and move the unit by the base, not by the top. I had to screw the base on several times because it came apart from from the top when I tried to move it into place. My bathroom has a 3/4" wide toe kick base on the wall at the floor. The unit was screwed to the wall but it's on a bit of a slant.
