The balance is poor
Well made product, not that sharp as it is a cleaver. Balance isn’t great, handle feels too light. I thought I’d trust German steel and ease to use.

Hackmesser
Das ist ein Hackmesser, kein chinesisches Kochmesser. Es ist gedacht um kleinere (u.a. Geflügel) Knochen zu teilen. Ich habe die Ausführung 4 Sterne, den Griff finde ich, gerade zum Hacken, sehr angenehm, da er rund ist. Preis/Leistung halte ich für angemessen.
