I hesitated to purchase this item, but I am very happy that I did! It works just as well as my clamshell heat press. I love that it is automatic. I thought that it would not work as well as my manual heat presses, but it actually works better. I love the preset options. I can set my temperatures and it will automitically close when i slide the tray in. I also love that once the timer goes off, it automatically lifts--reducing buring my items. It's a game changer for me. My other heat press made a loud clinging noise and it took some effort to lift it. I love that you can adjust the pressure. I use the heaviest pressure for most of my items. My only drawback is that the pad that comes with it is not quite 15x15 and I felt I needed an extra pad. I purchased a similar pad to put on top of it and all of my items press perfectly and evenly. Its a pretty machine, time saving and is worth the purchase. I highly recommend-especially if you have been contemplating purchasing this item. Its very well worth the purchase!

The media could not be loaded. This heat press has made my life so much easier as someone with chronic pain. I have RA, so cranking down on a manual press just wasn’t working for me anymore. The automatic pressure is honestly my favorite part, it takes all the struggle out of it. The timer setting is great for those with adhd as it will automatically stop pressing when time is up.It heats up fast, presses evenly with good adhesion and the results look super clean. I’ve used it for shirts and tote bags so far and everything has come out looking great. The size is just right for most of my projects without taking up a ton of space.If you’re looking for something easier on your hands or just want something simple that works well, this is a solid choice and great value

I love this new press! I am very happy with my upgrade.If you are thinking of upgrading like I did, I hope this review helps you in your decision on what press to get.I have the original press so I have something to compare to.Pressure control- The original had its default pressure control but I was finding myself using my manual press for things like slates. This one i can control it, if I need less or more. Note for most items you will need 170. (It's in the manual) by default it's set at 50. You will need to adjust this before you press the 1st time.The tray- It pulls out all the way! While the original it pulled out most of the way, this one pulls out all the way for easier placement. It also gives you a little click when you push in so you can hear when it's pushed back all the way. Note it will also beep at you if you try to start it when it's not all the way.Controls- it's got a easy to use control panel, and a included "cheat sheet" right under it so if you forget what to hit, it's right there. Like the original you can set default settings. I like the adjustable screen it makes it so much easier to keep a eye on the timer.Quick to heat up- this one seems to heat up a bit faster. Though I didn't time it.Footprint - the footprint is pretty much the same, though it's taller.Weight- my complaint with the 1st one, when the tray was all the way out, if you pushed to hard it tipped. It was a little to light. (Though really easy to move). This one they have fixed it. This baby is heaaavvvvyyyyy. I don't feel like I am going to tip it over like the original. But this one I won't be moving around like i do the original.The only thing this is missing is a larger size. I wish they would come out with a 16x20 option. For a automatic press, this is definitely worth the upgrade.

The media could not be loaded. So, my husband decided to surprise me for Valentine's Day with this auto press and I HAD to tell everyone how amazing this machine is! We are on a budget so when he told me the price of this machine, I was shocked by the value. It's a good sized machine for the price.A little background on me is that I have been an avid shirt creator for years but have always used my hand press. Sometimes my designs would come out a little crooked (due to the hand pressing) but that was alright because it was just for me. I never felt comfortable creating shirts for others because I couldn't guarantee their outcome.I feel like with this machine, I will be able to take that next step in my creation process. The machine itself is so easy to use and the guide is very simple to understand and right to the point. Just hit the on button, choose your setting in custom (where you pick the pressure, temperature, and time) or you can pick from 4 different preset choices pending on what material your using. It has quite a bit of range in the temperature department and does a great job pressing the shirts evenly.Overall, I'm excited that this machine is now apart of my creative area and I can not wait to see what I get to create with it. Bonus, I LOVE the purple color. It's a beautiful pastel purple that just matches with my whole area.

I love it! You can adjust the amount of pressure, the screen tilts, warm up quickly, works amazing and I love that the tray slides all the way out for easy loading.
