It is very easy to assemble. It takes less than 5 minutes to assemble. I was shocked of how much my kitchen flower looks after using it on my floor. I use steamer for kitchen floor, and for my rug as well. You will be shocked how easy and fast it works.

The media could not be loaded. This is a little smaller than I thought it was but it's perfect. Just the right size to get in and out of places and it has the great spinning wheels you could either turn on or off which is pretty cool and there's definitely a lot of steam it works very well. Now I just need to figure out where I can get some replacement pads if and when I need them.

This steam mop has powerful cleaning and great scrubbing power. It works on all types or floors. Its great compact and lightweight. However the water tank could be bigger and should provide more tabs. Overall good for cleaning a regulat house.

I bought this steam mop mainly for my kitchen floors and hardwood living room floor, but the handheld feature surprisingly ended up being useful as well. It’s lightweight and super easy to switch from mop to handheld, which has been a game changer for cleaning my counters and even my stovetop. The steam gets hot fast and does a great job without needing cleaners/chemicals. I have a cat and using pet-safe cleaners still doesn’t feel 100% safe to me. My only small gripe is that the water reservoir could be a bit bigger, but it’s not a dealbreaker.
