This product is a really good idea and looks pretty in the pictures. However, it's bigger than the measurements, it's incredibly difficult to put together and I hired a professional to do it. It took him 5 hours and many of the pieces weren't even labeled. Second, the chemical smell the structure puts out is terrible and overwhelming. Five days later and it still stinks up the room. Finally, the structure is wobbly and feels unsafe. I won't have anyone sleep in the top bunk as the whole thing moves when even a small person goes up the ladder to the top. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this bunk/desk--you'll save yourself a whole lot of time and money and heartache.
