it dose not unfasten the mop buttons in use

Too difficult to use
Fiddly trying to line up the head to go in the bucket slot, gets stuck frequently, end up fighting to remove it. The collapsing head does it on a whim when trying to clean the floor. There are much easier mop cleaners on the market, which is what I will be buying instead.
