Get Stronger with Ease
This is a great book that's easy to follow. The pictures of the exercises are clear and the written explaination of each movement is also easy to follow. After only three weeks, I feel much stronger and more in control of the movements modeled in the book.

Wife is really enjoying it
The book seems well written and the pace of the program makes it accessible to those just getting back into working out. I think that the program could be easily modified (extra sets, extra weight, combining days) to suit those looking for more challenge, or perhaps if you want to repeat the course after you've gone through it. The book is of a higher quality than I expected as well, heavy with good quality paper and a hard cover, not out of place in our home gym.

Just received and what I was looking for, an all-in-one daily plan with diagrams, workout sections by body part, and moreNow I can toss all my others mags, books, torn out pages, and delete my hundreds of screen shots.

I appreciate the details about each lift and the weekly plan. It is for beginners so I adapted it since I’ve been lifting.

Easy to follow
Really enjoying this book. It’s so well planned out, easy to follow, and I particularly like that you can fold the book to the pages you need. I highly recommend.

Great book!
This book is great if you’re looking for new workout ideas or if you’re just new to working out. I received this book free with my Owmen’s Health app subscription and my daughter liked it so much that I ordered her a copy of it as well. I like that’s it spiral-bound and has an index showing how-to’s for each exercise.

Only okay
Exercises are good (with average explanation in the back of the book) for beginners. However the layout of the weeks is confusing. In the first couple pages there are two “Week 1” with different splits. I’ll keep the book but suggest the author do a better job.

Just do it!
I love this book. It tells you exactly what warm-up exercises and workouts to do on what day. So easy to follow with plenty of photos so you know you are doing the workouts correctly and safely. A great value for your money.
