An improvement over stock
You get a bit more blow off valve noise and a minor improvement in throttle response. Any power gains will be negligible. I had this fitted for about a month and then bought a PRL intake for £355. A big step up from this filter. If I were you I would buy a full intake over a drop in filter. Car feels quicker now and breathes better. Plus the noise!

Easy Install, Great sound
Adds a good amount of sound for the money, worth the relatively small cost. No noticeable changes in power but the sound more than makes it worth it.

Der Motor hängt spürbar direkter am Gas was den sportlichen Charakter des Modells Civic Type R unterstreicht. Das etwas lauter fauchende Ansauggeräusch beim Gas geben ebenso.

Perfect fit, allows more air into intake which usually means more power. Been using K&N for over 20 years, great Company and products.
